My husband and I stayed from April 5-10th and it was an amazing trip. The people were friendly, the staff did an amazing job at customer service and the food was good. Lots of options to choose from in regards to the food, the spa was great, and we were able to book our offsite tours with guest services right at the hotel. We are definitely coming back soon and will be staying at the DIVI resorts again for sure!!!

Bar staff was rude and expected constant tips. Everything else about the resort was great. Room was clean good was good

Our stay was for 6 nights. The location was excellent, away from the business of the city center. Food was very good, including the buffet meals. The specialty restaurants offered excellent menus and nice locations.

Nice hotel, but odor from air conditioner was terrible, very mold like smell. Clothes reeked from the smell, other than that everything was good.

May be the hotel is too expensive considering it is rated as 4 stars

Our stay was fantastic!! The only undesirable experience was the amount of flies at all of the bar areas during the day. It was so bad we could not eat from the outdoor food areas during the day.

Right from the check-in I was a fan of the hotel. We stayed in one of the Casinita (spelling?) rooms where the beach is not even fifty yards away from your door. The room itself was nice and simple. The cleaning staff did a great job everyday with their work and always left the room looking like new when they were done. One of the small things about the room that I had an issue with was there appeared to be some small leak in the shower door that would have water trickling out under the bathroom vanity a short time after the shower. The food was really good as well. The buffet was surprisingly good and very convenient. While we only ate at the Red Parrot restaurant at Divi it was excellent. One night we also went to Ginger which is at the sister hotel the Tamarjin. Just a quick two minuet shuttle ride from the lobby of the Divi. The staff were all extremely nice and very helpful. From the concierge who you book your dinners with and also helped us book a tee time at the Divi Village golf course. To the woman at the vacation station that set us up with an ATV tour company that was great. All the bartenders and wait staff are of course all great as well. The beach was just amazing. Always clean and beautiful with lounge chairs and palm umbrellas. Though like with most resorts you need to make sure you get up early to claim some cover from the sun. Overall it was a clean place too even with the very open air layout of the hotel.

1st time at an all inclusive and will find it hard to go anywhere else for all inclusive. Especially pleased with the food at the buffet every day. Freshly cooked while you wait for many things and so many choices. Have been to Aruba 10 times and have always stayed om Palm Beach. The Divi is better for less crowds and bigger beach.

We had a good experience! Staff is friendly and efficient, rooms are nice, close to beach. They definitely don't skimp on the alcohol either! The only complaint was that the daily buffet was generally the same food but they do have restraunts that you can make reservations at for dinner and those were delicious!

Hotel definitely met expectations. Food was great especially like how you were able to eat at the restaurants at the resort sister hotel.

I picked this resort because it was all inclusive at under $2000 from Dayton, OH. It is an excellent 3-4 star hotel. A little dated, but the rooms have been modernized and new buildings are being built. Food was good, with 3 reservation restaurants available between the Divi and it's sister hotel. Buffet had a carving station, with everything from fish to Beef Wellington on different days. A steak or fish fresh cook station. A pasta station. And much more. (Could have used some ice cream). Biggest problem (which I have seen in other Caribbean islands) was birds in the restaurant. They had 1 square netting up, which the smaller birds went through like it wasn't there. One pool. Beach at the Divi is quite nice. But again like many other resorts, if you didn't reserve your beach chair by 8AM it was hard to find one. No big show at night like some resorts, but a 2 minute walk to a casino. Nothing else in walking distance of the hotel. Free WiFi, but only in the lobbby.

Trade winds are strong in aruba. Waters and beach are awesome. Very Warm but the winds make it comfortable. Staff was not as friendly or available as we have experienced at other resorts in the Caribbean. Very happy with the food. Pizza and hamburger bars were spectacular. Don't forget to ask for ice cream at the bars.

Overall, nice location with some nice renovations to the pool area. Location on a private beach is very nice and not too crowded and not filled with tourists or anyone trying to sell things. HOWEVER, when we first arrived we noticed the room smelled of must/mildew. We asked to switch rooms and were shown another room and the smell there was WORSE so we stayed in our initial room for 4 nights. Now, when arriving home all our clothes smell or mold. Also, the staff was mediocre - some nice but most not very friendly and not trying to make you have a great stay. Food was like a cheap cruise-ship quality (buffet was poor, restaurants were OK). Entertainment was decent each night. Overall, nice beach and location with moldy/musty rooms and staff that was not that nice with food that did not impress. Would not be staying here again unfortunately.

My best friend and I decided to take a vacation to Aruba. We were told to do an all inclusive and finally booked at Divi. It was the best trip, the staff are wonderful!! We will definitely be going back!

The hotel was great, the people were very friendly and the beach wonderful ! We will go back again . Juancho was our waiter at the red parrot, be sure and ask for him , he was great! We also enjoyed all the restaurants, red parrot and gingers the best . We know why Aruba is called the happy island!

Absolutely amazing! Food, staff, service, and location A+++!
