We will not stay here again when we come back to Aruba.The rooms were very dated and old. Although service was great at dinner restaurants,at breakfast the staff was almost non existent:we always ,every morning had to ask for fresh coffee and waters,the staff were just talking to themselves at all times with no paying attention to clients. We loved the water and warm weather but the hotel was not worth the money

I stayed in the veranda section. View was nice but room needed updating. Food at the resort was not great. Steak was very chewy and smelled like a porta potty. The staff were very friendly and the shows all though small were good. The beach was clean and so was the pool. Gym was excellant.

Our room was severely dated. The front desk said he upgraded me to pool side which is hilarious since all rooms in the dated part are pool side. I really really dislike the untruthfulness of that part. I was willing to pay and told him that but he took my tip and lied to my face. The front desk people in general need to be friendlier and more welcoming. Felt like a number. I will say the beach is beautiful and the food delicious. So ask for any other room except the 4 story building.

We had an amazing room. Modern, clean and all the amenities. The resort staff at check in was great! The food at the buffet was good. There was a nice variety. I liked that it was a buffet style but was served to order so you didn't have people picking through everything. 2 bars at the pool. Most of the bartenders were great. Only one or 2 who weren't. The restaurants were all good with better drinks. Definitely use the app to book. Cons- a lot of flies around the fruit and cookies. There should have been covers. Wish there was a better variety of higher end alcohol. If bars are open until 1 am then the trams should run between Divi and Tamarin until 1:30. Overall an excellent experience
