Nice but definitely not 5 star material. Food was ok - all inclusive definitely is not the way to go in Aruba but if you have to this place isn’t a bad option. I would give it 3.6 out of 5 stars

What a spectacular vacation. From the moment we stepped off the plane the experience was by far one of the best of any islands we've been on. The staff at Divi welcomed us right in, the grounds are gorgeous, the pools sparkling, the beach was a chefs kiss of perfection. Our regular bartenders, Anja (I hope I'm spelling that right!), Bernadette made each trip to grab a delicious drink fun with their fun conversations. David, the amazing waiter at the Pelican Cafe is amazing and made us feel like family. The rooms were beautiful as well, being really exactly as described. The only downside was construction on the Casitas, but the crews worked carefully and the noise really wasn't disruptive at all from the Divi beach. We were told they'll be done by high season. All in all 10/10, highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

We had so much fun at Divi Aruba. Fabulous food and multiple choices. Friendly service. Beach was beautiful and well kept. Enjoyed nightly entertainment. We liked the idea of a wrist band for room entry rather worry about having a key. We hope to come back. Only negatives were the unit wicker outdoor chairs were uncomfortable, the lack of hooks to hang wet swimming suits or towels and the light sensor under one of the beds would come on by any movement in the bed in the night. However, these were minor things that maybe could be corrected. Overall experience was wonderful.

This is my third year staying here. The rooms were renovated not long ago, but they’re already showing wear—bathroom tiles are cracked, closet doors don’t close properly, and the bathroom door won’t stay open. The bed is quite firm and the AC runs loudly. Other areas of the property also need some updating. The pool deck, for example, has some broken boards, though they are actively working on repairs. On the positive side, the pool itself is beautiful and the landscaping is very well maintained. The staff is wonderful, the food is excellent, and the drinks are strong—not watered down. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars

Property was MAGNIFICENT! We took a quick trip to the high rise area and were incredibly happy to have selected Divi! Since we had a car, we drove around checking out various beaches and "hot spots". These other beaches were very crowded despite it being the "off season". Back to Divi The staff at Divi was wonderfully attentive, the rooms were comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the beach. The beach - AMAZING! We traveled in Sept, so it was not peak season which meant we had no crowds. That also meant we had our pick of beachside palapas AND chairs, as well as poolside loungers!! The sand and surf were amazing and the sunset views incredible! Only one downside which maybe a deal breaker for many ... the food was not great. In our week long stay, we had decent breakfast most days, but lunch and dinner were NOT GOOD. Fortunately, we had a rental car and zipped about getting our meals while exploring the beautiful island. We are not big drinkers, but the few drinks we did have were decent. When not made to our liking, the friendly bar staff were able to rectify and adjust the order. We would gladly pay the all inclusive price and eat elsewhere just to have the BEAUTIFUL beach again!!

Our check-in experience was bad: room wasn't ready by 3 pm and one one of us got a crazy headache from sitting in the hot waiting area for too long. The rest was good. A few things I wanted to mention: room towels (hand, shower) are a bit worn; there was a refrigerator in our room, but they put a few small bottles of water only once when we checked in; Expedia should mention if the room is located on the first floor. They’re renovating their old beachside facilities, and it’s a little noisy.

The resort has a beautiful setting and solid food, but service and responsiveness left a lot to be desired. A stay here can be enjoyable if your main focus is the property and meals, but don’t expect attentive service or robust entertainment.

The pool closing at 8 was the biggest downfall of the trip and the lack of live entertainment. Also, being put in an outdated room was also a downfall. Besides that, everything else was great.
