Rees on Reid is a two-minute walk from a well-stocked Four Square supermarket. It backs onto Reed park with a small playground and the house is well set up for either a large family or two couples.

The two larger bedrooms have a king and a queen bed respectively, while the third bedroom has two single beds. An additional roll-out bed is available for an extra child. A newly renovated bathroom contains a separate shower and bath and has heating.

The garage provides storage for bikes, golf clubs, skis and snowboards. There is off-street parking for one car.
