Comfort and privacy you don't find in hostels. No car needed to go to Praia, just 10 meters, just cross the street.

Apartamento excelente, confortável, bem decorado e mto limpo. Proprietário muito atencioso e solícito. Prédio muito organizado e tranquilo. A praia em frente ao loft é muito cheia nessa época do ano, como todas de Arraial, e a noite a rua é super tranquila. Amei o loft e voltaria outras vezes, mas em baixa temporada, pois Arraial estava lotada.

Com certeza excedeu as expectativas. Pelas fotos já parece bonito mas quando entramos no apartamento vimos que vale muito a pena. O condomínio é o mais bonito da prainha e bem em frente a praia. O proprietário atencioso e se preocupa com o bem estar do cliente. Não fica longe do centro, mesmo de carro o a pé e o apartamento é muito bem cuidado, móveis de bom gosto e bem arrumados. Recomendo a todos e se puder, voltarei mais vezes!

LOFT bem planejado com armários e utensílios, ar condicionado, vista lateral mar, Daniel foi um proprietário atencioso, existe instruções em todo o apartamento para os uso dos equipamentos e normas, garagem muito apertada na entrada e na saída, e com vagas insuficientes, área da piscina em obras sem a possibilidade de usufruir, algumas regras achei rígidas e desnecessárias como não receber visitas e não poder guardar na garagem jet ski, a praia a noite não tem nenhuma iluminação publica (os postes da praia ficam todos apagados a noite), para quem gosta de sair um pouco anoite para comer não recomendo a prainha.

Apartamento aconchegante e organizado

Apartamento muito bom. Novo e bem decorado. Ideal para 4 pessoas. Condomínio bem organizado e atendimento dos funcionários muito bom inclusive dos vigias que ficam a noite para abri o portão fa garagem. A única coisa que deixou a desejar que são mais de 100 apartamentos somente com 60 vagas de garagem e com a maiorias das vagas que ficam presas. Mas fora esse incoveniente recomendo a todos. Proprietário atencioso e pronto a tirar todas as dúvidas.
