Excelente! Super recomendo.

Excelente apartamento. Espaçoso e organizado. Fomos em um grupo de 12 pessoas, sendo duas crianças. Todos ficaram muito bem acomodados. O apartamento é exatamente como na descrição. Zelador e proprietária muito atenciosos. Valeu muito à pena. Recomendo e em outra oportunidade, voltarei com certeza.

Ótimas instalações e vizinhança

Passamos o carnaval de 2019 em Arraial e certamente voltaremos. Fomos com um grande grupo de pessoas, gostamos da vizinhança e das instalações. A casa é bem bonita e aconchegante. A Elena é uma ótima anfitriã, sempre muito atenta aos detalhes e muito simpática.

ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO

Fomos num grupo de 13 pessoas +1 bebê e uma criança de 4 anos. Passamos o Reveillon e mais 5 dias. A cobertura é praticamente de frente para prainha, o espaço é ótimo para fazer churrascos, cozinha boa para cozinhar. Sem contar que a Elena e o Caseiro são uns queridos e sempre nos deram todo suporte. Recomendo!!

Estadia muito boa! Área maravilhosa!

A Cobertura é conforme descrita no anuncio. Possui 01 suite com sacada, 2 quartos de bom tamanho, e 01 quarto pequeno. Possui também uma área de terraço maravilhosa, para um bom churrasco, pegar uma brisa ou reunir a família. A rua é super tranquila, a noite faz silêncio e é muito ventilado. A cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia. Sala, sacada. Deixo como sugestão, apenas melhorar os colchões, de algumas camas. Houve um problema no primeiro dia, com a internet, que de imediato foi resolvido pela Elena, que alias foi simpática e atenciosa desde o primeiro contato, assim como seu Paulinho, zelador, que também foi super prestativo. Tem mercados pequenos bem próximos, e supermercados maiores, a uma distancia de 20 minutos de caminhada. Adoramos Arraial do Cabo, as prais são muito boas, e a Prainha pra nós, é a melhor. A praia fica muito próximo ao prédio, sentimos de lá a brisa do mar. Muito bom!

Obrigada Elena por nos proporcionar essa excelente estadia, sempre que precisei tirar alguma dúvida, você estava a disposição, Parabéns!!! Estive em Arraial do Cabo de 21/12/18 à 26/12/18 num grupo de 13 pessoas, o apartamento é excelente, lindo e grande, tinha tudo que precisávamos em questão de aparelhos domésticos, churrasqueira, chuveiro para um bom banho, acomodações... e o que não poderia faltar, sinal de wi-fi para as poucas horas que ficávamos no AP, kkk. O apartamento fica localizado num bairro super tranquilo, e a uma quadra da Prainha de Arraial do Cabo, bem pertinho, linda praia assim como as várias outras de Arraial do Cabo. Obrigada também ao Sr. Paulinho, zelador do prédio, sempre sorridente e muito simpático ao nos receber. Agradecemos a Elena pela excelente hospedagem, simpatia, e pelas várias dicas de passeio, voltaremos com certeza para esse paraíso que é Arraial do Cabo. Super indico esse apartamento!!!
