Great apartment with a large terrace and located in a privileged place in the center of Playa de las Américas. The apartment is recommended for young people looking for sea/beach and entertainment, this is due to the proximity to Playa de las Américas and the nightlife of the Verónicas area. (It is not recommended for families with children due to the proximity of the night spots and that can cause noise)The apartment is tastefully furnished with a modern decoration. It has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with showers and a wonderful terrace perfect for enjoying the sun.The complex is currently undergoing maintenance and renovation works in the common areas. The pool is not available.Playa de las Américas, also known simply as Las Américas, is one of the population entities that make up the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife, and is one of the main tourist centers on the island.It is also one of the places where the largest leisure offer in the south of Tenerife comes together with bars, pubs, terraces, restaurants, and numerous discos, etc. The area includes several beaches, spectacular shopping centers, conditioned promenades to enjoy the views and the leisure areas that Playa de Las Américas offers.

voisins irrespectueux !!!

Ustensiles de cuisine au minimum, voisins irrespectueux, très bruyants, musique à fond jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit, chien qui avoie sans cesse....
