Great apartment on the beachfront next to the promenade. Terrace with sea views. Beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped. 2 minutes walk from the beach of Los Cristianos. The building has its own swimming pool, including a small pool for children. It has private parking. Direct exit to the promenade where there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and other establishments.

Bit shabby but great location

Large secure property but could do with fresh decoration as paintwork yellow and chipped, inside cupboards were not clean. bedding off white and heavy quilt. But good side view of sea. Great location.

Great location

Loved this apartment, very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location for shops and restaurants. As my wife and I are elderly it was great that lift took us down to a floor which led directly to the beach so we could avoid the hill at the side of the building.
