Nice and modernised studio, very central and comfortable, with a double bed of 1.50 cm and a sofa bed of 1.35
cm. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It also has the great comforts of a SMART TV, satellite channels and
free wireless internet connection.
It is located just a few metres from the centre of Los Cristianos and approximately 700 m from the sea! There are 2
beaches nearby: Los Cristianos and Los Tarajales.
In a complex with swimming pool, a few dozen meters from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and ALL
SERVICES.
It offers relaxation, you really feel on holiday!
It has a beautiful habitable terrace and enjoys excellent sun exposure.
Plenty of off street parking.
A renovated bathroom complete with shower and bidet.
Accommodation for up to 4 people.
The flat is complete with everything for cooking, such as:
- Fridge
- Freezer
- Microwave oven
- Oven
- Dolce Gusto coffee machine
