Equipped, with a beautiful decoration in which every detail has been taken care of, capacity for 3 people and a nice terrace where you can have breakfast. In the south of the island,where you can breathe tranquillity and a summer atmosphere all year round, it's the perfect place to spend a great holiday.It is ideal for couples, families and business trips, as it has Wifi Fiber Internet, designed for teleworking. It has capacity for 3 people, a bedroom with a queen size bed and access to the pleasant terrace overlooking the pool where you can have lunch and relax. With an open plan kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, integrated in the spacious living-dining room with sofa-bed and access to the terrace. It also has a bathroom, lift and Smart TV. All this within an exclusive residential complex with swimming pool, rest areas and paddle tennis courts. Very well located, in the south of the island, but at the same time in a very quiet area, a few minutes from the sea, with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and leisure areas around.It has a fully equipped kitchen, terrace where you can relax or have breakfast, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, fan, Wifi Internet, Smart TV, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair, communal swimming pool and paddle tennis courts.
