Centrally located by Cowley College and downtown. Just minutes away from restaurants and other essentials in Ark City. This cozy home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the kid's bedroom have a set of twin beds. The two main bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Cowley College and Chestnut Street.
We absolutely love and welcome dogs! Please note the additional fee.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area.
