Luxury Casa Loli with pool

Luxurious brand new corner apartment with communal pool, air conditioning and within walking distance of a sandy beach. The decoration is exquisite and the equipment lacks no details, such as gas barbecue and WIFI, smart TV, etc.. Invite to a pleasant days of rest. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious outdoor areas, a front terrace with dining area where the gas barbecue is located and a chill-out area at the back to enjoy the warm southern climate all year round. The apartment has a large living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with open island that opens onto the front terrace, a master bedroom with two 0.90 m beds and a complete bathroom with shower en suite and direct access to the chill-out area, a bedroom with two single beds that also opens onto the rear terrace, another complete bathroom with bathtub.

The complex is of the highest quality and the pool area has a sun terrace where tranquillity prevails.

It is an ideal apartment for families, couples or for online workers, guaranteeing maximum comfort for those looking for a quiet place to rest and relax without having to give up any comfort and far from the large crowded tourist centers.

The area is quiet and within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, coastal paths and fantastic swimming and diving areas.
