Surrounded by black sand beaches, this property has all the ingredients for a unique experience on the island.

It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, distributed in two bedrooms with ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe, the main bedroom with a double bed made up of two single beds and the second bedroom with two single beds. With a bathroom equipped with shower and bidet, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a living-dining room with a 50" Smart TV, 1 Gb/s WiFi fibre, a comfortable sofa, ceiling fan and direct access to the beautiful terrace with sea views. Located in a quiet residential complex with two communal swimming pools. In addition, for added convenience there is a parking space and the complex has a lift.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, Italian and American coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, ceiling fan, iron, towels, bed linen, cot, high chair and much more.

Ruhiger entspannter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und für einen Aufenthalt mit bis zu vier Personen geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise sparsam. Schlafzimmertür schließt nicht, wurde trotz mehrfacher Erinnerung nicht repariert. Kücheneinrichtung tlw. unsauber.
