"Frank is such a wonderful front desk manager. He went above and beyond our expectations. Our room was awesome and the restaurant on site was fantastic. Everyone working on the property was so friendly and welcoming. We were visiting from Idaho and did the Ainsworth Hot Springs a few minutes away. We will be back to the Kaslo Hotel. Thank you!"
