Unique, inviting in a comfortably warm way. There is no sterile environment visible. Not sure if it's the small town feel, or the historic appeal, or the pleasantly professional staff, but it all harmonizes to make it a great experience.

Kalso was a surprise - it is a lovely little town with beautiful trail walks. The hotel is perfectly located and the waterside bar and restaurant is good

Only stayed one night but this little hotel had a lot of old time charm. We had a king room with a huge deck/patio with table and chairs to enjoy the magnificent views. The hotel has a bar/restaurant with delicious options and friendly staff. We would stay there again!
