I asked to stay on the first floor. The description on Expedia said it was a one-level property, but the picture clearly showed two levels. There were no elevators, just stairs on the property.The type of room I paid for was not available on the first floor so they put me in the last room they had available on the 1st floor. It was filthy! It wasn't going to be much I could do about moving to a different room since there were no other options available on the first floor. I pulled out my camera, took a few pictures and proceeded to get out the bleach wipes to clean. The best I could. Most of setting was makeup on the pillowcase. The bed covers were stained or so worn. You could tell they were partially see-through. The towels and wash rags were stained. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. Holes in the wall and stains on the wall. In the bathroom, the tub is so stained. I decided I should wear flip-flops. There was also hair left from the previous guest. A deep cleaning and basic maintenance would make the room very much more desirable. I would hope Expedia would have them update their description since it is two levels.

Breakfast ran low on supplies/food every morning. Room needed upgrading and was never cleaned during the day. No coffee until requested on second day and they did not leave cups for the coffee. Tub needed replacing. The only thing good was cost was low.
