Front desk and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good selection for breakfast. Gym was clean and adequate. I couldn’t get elliptical to work, however. Room was clean except some stains on carpet and needed newer caulking in shower. Bed was more firm than I care for but wasn’t terrible. It was a good, basic room for a night. Super close proximity to casino was the reason we chose it.

The room was very nice, the chairs were comfortable, as was the bed. The close proximity to the casino was great. It was a bit pricey but compared to the $700 for one night at Winstar, this was an excellent alternative.

The breakfast was good but the sausage was a bit over greasy. The yogurt was great. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The only thong of the room was the bathroom shower door was hard to move in order to close and open after a shower.

I was very happy with my short stay. When we arrived the lobby was clean, smelled great, decorated so cute, and Lexi at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She gave us great detailed directions how to get Lucas Oil for the event we were to attend. She laughed with us but still very professional. Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast had a great variety of food/drinks and staff ensured there was plenty available. My only disappointment was there was not sufficient parking in the front. There was addl parking on sides, back, and further down in the front. However, we were nervous having to park all the way to north of the bldg and walk in the night to the hotel. Im glad parking lot was well lit but as women we still feel unsafe.

We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. A severe storm was on it's way, so we checked out at 9:00 am Someone had left small bags of garbage in a couple of parking spaces. It was still there the next morning.
