They charge $25 after the bill was closed. I was only in the room 6 hrs and 5 of those hours i was sleeping. Room was not messy or dity so why are they charging. No explanation was given when i called the hotel.
Staff friendly clean next to the casino very convenient happy with the stay
Its was hard to get a hood rest as there were people running and screaming down the hall all night. Also the doors don't close all the way and the sounds travels into ur room.

The (older) lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. This is our 3rd trip to this hotel and she has always been exceptional. She truly adds to the joy of our trip. Otherwise, hotel is great!
Basic property. Probably a little more expensive than a comparable hotel in that class due to location by a casino.
Susan who was in charge of the breakfast is such a great ambassador for this best wester, she is so people oriented. She seems to know what everyone wants and makes you feel so special: This was our first ever stay at a best western and it will not be our last- we are hooked. Everyone at this facility was superb the front desk ladies all were helpful and gave us lots of tips to the area. Housekeeping kept our room clean and comfortable. I just can’t say enough bout our fabulous weekend with you. .
