Bed and pillows were awful. Towels were stained. The shower faucet was not connected to the shower and had to hold it to turn it on. The toilet was loose. The room needs carpet, bed and pillows replaced. Also bathroom fixed. I will not stay here again.

Room was fine, clean. Staff at check in was not helpful. We had to ask three times for a tv remote that worked. We had to ask about WiFi they didn’t greet us when we arrived. Staff when leaving was very pleasant. Will not recommend this hotel or ever go back.

We have stayed here for multiple concerts at Winstar and you honestly can’t go wrong with this hotel! Staff is always courteous, friendly, and professional! Hotel is spotless and the rooms are perfect.

When we got there they had cancelled our room but hotels.com never told us. We drove 4 hours and didn't have a room!!!! Hotels.com also charged us for the room anyway and took my bonus dollars!!! Has trouble with them once before and came back will never use hotels.com again.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Only issue was the breakfast. The sausage biscuit(should stay refrigerated )left out for over 2 hours. They were warm and already growing mold on them.
