2 problems or this would have been a 5 star rating. There was a weird noise coming out of the ac unit all night and the window was broken/ had a large crack in it.

Room was too warm to sleep. Was told by one front desk employee that could not take thermostat over 72 or would lock out. Was told by another that could take to any temperature. Either way temperature never got below 75 degrees. Would not consider this a $200 a night hotel. Also loose bathroom tile on floor. Very unsafe.

The ac is not working at all. It’s cooler in the hallway than it is in here. No fans. Was told they could switch me to another n then went back on their word and said I couldn’t get switched. The stupid fridge isn’t working either so I can’t keep cold water in it.My anxiety is up the roof. Will not stay here again.

Room was OK but breakfast was disappointing

Checkin line was a 15 minute wait. Only 1 employee working. There were stains on the bedding. Breakfast room had waffle maker when last visited in July but it has been removed. No coffee cups. No milk for cereal. No napkins/paper towels. Styrofoam plates that don't work in the microwave. Depleted selection of food. On the last day, we arrived for breakfast at 9:20 before a 10am closing and the lights were off!

We stayed in room 318. 3rd floor. Bugs everywhere, mold all over the white curtains, stains all over the bedding. Taking a shower you felt like you were going to fall through the floor. The door lock wouldn't lock. The ceilings were coming undone. The elevator was gross had gunk all over the floors and walls.
