Bed and pillows were awful. Towels were stained. The shower faucet was not connected to the shower and had to hold it to turn it on. The toilet was loose. The room needs carpet, bed and pillows replaced. Also bathroom fixed. I will not stay here again.

the ac broke didn't fix. Icebox was frozen up told us to unplug, gave us towels to clean up the water after it unthawed. gave us supposedly clean hand towel had black dots all over it. Clean wash cloth hand makeup all over it. I don't wear makeup. Ice machine was broke so had get ice on first floor we were on 3rd floor. All this was shown to staff mgr. will not refund any money. Staff came to room on ac and ice box did nothing, took both towels to them did nothing. It was horrible vacation. Spent over 500 here. I will not stay here again. We had stayed here 3 times before use to be really nice. Horrible staff and place to stay

The staff was courteous and helpful. However, this did not help with the other problems. Our TV did not work properly and was very frustrating, so we were unable to enjoy the NYE festivities on any local channels. The sheets were thin, and our bathmat was worn. The room was especially dark, even with all the lights on.

We stayed two nights, we were very pleased with everything. Rooms were nice, clean, spacious. Thw only negative was the bed- mattress was a rock and woke up sore. Everything else was great. Great location for the concert.
