Villa Taddei is a beautiful house built in the seventies by my uncle as a second house where to spend relaxing time away from the bustle of the city of Rome. My uncle, who was a veterinary loved nature and this was the perfect place to enjoy his cats and dogs and to work at his garden and plot and enjoy . The garden is huge and it's full of fruit trees: apricots, peaches, plums in summer, pears, apple and lots of oranges and lemons in winter! It really spreads peace and quietness.
Villa Taddei is peaceful inside too with its walls totally white, a bright light and a pleasant natural atmosphere.
There are 3 double rooms and an extra funny bed under a wall arch in the living room. Other extra beds can also be requested.
There are also three bathrooms and a solar shower outside in the garden.
There is the place to park up to 4 cars inside the property and the Villa has the automatic garden door and the camara at the door bell.
Outside in the garden you have two porches and a stone barbecue and all you need to stay comfortable outdoor, including bikes for your trips.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Impeccable Home with Lovely Garden

What a lovely, clean and well-equipped home this is! The fenced garden and quiet neighborhood and proximity to the sea were also pluses. We enjoyed excellent communication with the property owners and helper. The outdoor space was perfect for us to grill and eat outside. The little outdoor fireplace was so charm g.

She double booked so we had no where to stay for days

I scheduled our trip almost a year in advance I was to be there for 4 weeks. I could not get a hold of the woman who owns the place through the verbal app when we got there on a Sunday I still have not gotten a hold of her. I had to get a hotel for five people in Rome for two days before I finally got a hold of her. She did not want to speak through the verbo app she wanted to use WhatsApp instead. She informed me that she made a mistake and that she had rented out the house for the weekend the people would not be out until Wednesday so much longer than a weekend. And I could not get in until Wednesday after 5:00. I had three places that I had to pay for to stay until I could get into the place I had already paid for. And when I complained about it she told me I should relax and have a glass of wine. I don't have much else to say the house was fine but the whole experience was terrible because of the first 5 days of my trip. I waited for a long time to leave this review so that I wouldn't be so angry when I left it. My children, adult children, we're only there for 2 weeks and 5 days of their vacation was spent hopping from one apartment to another. I have to say the people that cleaned were very nice. And that's all I really have to say
