This home is lovely, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful feeling here on Arch Cape. We had no problems at all and highly recommend.

The view was nice as we could see the ocean from the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the Le Creuset pots. What a nice addition since we love to cook! The only real disappointment was not being able to use the fireplace because of lack of fuel.

Amazing quiet beach with charming home

Loved the short walk to the quiet beach. Loved sitting on the front deck relaxing and enjoying the sun and view of the ocean. Loved the comfort of this home and the mattresses on the bed were fantastic.

Quiet Beach Getaway

We truly loved this little house! It was quiet, beautifully decorated with a very well-stocked kitchen. It was clean and had everything that we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern beach escape

Our stay at Modern Love was lovely. The home is exactly as advertised and the property manager could not have been more available. We would be happy to stay again. The beach is close by. Everything was perfect for a beach vacation.

November Getaway

Even with a fierce storm this was the perfect spot to spend time with dear friends and enjoy the storm watch. The house was beautiful and very well appointed. Comfortable with everything you might need for relaxing and cooking.

Fabulous stay!

What a beautiful location and and the property is easy to get to, find, and is immaculately clean and well appointed. Sunsets viewing from all the front windows, furniture super comfy and in good shape. Neighbors really friendly. Quick walk to a nearly private beach (at least in April). We will definitely be back!

Stormy weather

King tides and big rain drops accompanied us for 4 days. It was the perfect getaway in a warm nicely appointed rental house. Reading was the best entertainment. Travel to restaurants in Manzanita and Cannon beach was easy and short.

Great house, quiet location

Other than no flashlights, etc available for a short power outage (30 to 40 mins), everything was great! We loved the house, the well stocked kitchen and easy beach/ocean access. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and all amenities worked well.

Wonderful family vacation stay

Our family had a wonderful time at Modern Love. It was exactly as listed - close walk to the beach, lovely home, well appointed kitchen, and close to restaurants in a nearby town! The communication with the property manager was good. The only challenge we had was the dryer didn't work, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet get away.

Loved this place

We loved this place. It was just right for us. The kitchen was impressively stocked with all the tools, pots, pans, equipment one might possibly need. The decor was inviting, unique, and lovely. The location, perfect. We had trouble figuring out wifi and the property managers were very responsive. We would definitely stay again.
