Great Home

This was a wonderful home. Comfortable and friendly. Nice spaces. Amazing view. Pleasant yard/patio. Clean and well stocked. Didn't need to communicate with owner, but appreciated the welcome email and introduction.

Cute beachfront cottage

We loved the view of the ocean. We were disappointed that the beach access was 3 houses down, but it was still a beautiful view from the property. Lots of space in the home with nice kitchen. We had some initial problems getting in, since the lock bolt wouldn't full retract into the door when the correct code was entered. My husband got some WD40 & fixed it.

Sisters reconnecting weekend

My sister and I enjoyed a warm, comfortable, quiet and relaxing weekend at Arch Cape. The views are amazing and captivating especially when the whales breech. Enough room to feel separated if needed. Location perfect and ground’s gorgeous. Kitchen fully stocked and functional. Beach walks are a must to see shells, jellyfish bald eagles, and adorable friendly dogs.Restaurant a plenty north or south.

Wonderful Long Weekend

My husband and I, along with our son, daughter-in-law and baby granddaughter had a really lovely long weekend at this home in Arch Cape. We loved the location and view of the ocean. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Arch Cape beach. The house was very comfortable, super clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

Beautiful views and wonderful beach access I a quiet neighborhood.

The house however was very dated and in need of maintenance…especially given that we paid over $1000 per night for 2 people.

Great Escape

House was wonderful, view and Arch Cape beach were fabulous. Not too far from Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park. Would definitely stay again.

Sweet ocean view retreat

Immaculate, comfortable and quiet and an easy stroll to a beautiful beach perfect for long walks. Watch the waves all day from the living room or pleasant, grassy yard on the bluff above the beach. Just a short drive to either Cannon Beach or Manzanita. Well equipped kitchen.

Great Beach Vacation

We came with our two kids (3 and 1) and had such a wonderful week at Arch Cape Escape. Our days basically went: wakeup and explore the sea stars at low tide, hang out on the beach all day, make campfires at night with s'mores, put the kids to bed and sit out under the stars with the campfire and some wine. One of the most relaxing stays we've had in a long time. We really loved how this house had everything we needed, and the all the firewood you could need to have great campfires in the backyard or house. We loved the kitchen space for gathering, cooking, eating, etc. And the private front yard is also great to the let the kids play in safely. We also really appreciated the more rustic/distraction free atmosphere. It helped us disconnect and just enjoy our family and the beautiful surroundings. While we were there we went ahead and booked our trip for next year - we recommend this place for sure!

A vaccinated family reunion!

My family and I got to enjoy the beautiful “arch cape escape” home with it’s spectacular ocean view. The rooms were all welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking and enjoying our family dinners. It was a perfect space to reunite with our kids and grandson. We’d definitely consider returning in the future.

Great spot to spend a long weekend!

We drove down in a snow storm, but when we arrived (later than planned) the lights were on to welcome us! This house has a great layout for a family, all one floor. Very cozy with every amenity you would need.

A Lovely Getaway

We were only here for the weekend but definitely wished we could have stayed longer. The house was charming, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the window seating in the living room and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was well supplied and we appreciated the game closet. Only small issue was that the lock on the door appears to be faulty. We had to enter from the bedroom screen door on a few occasions. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay!

It is located on the ocean but you can't get to the beach directly from the property. You have to walk a block or so to access the beach. Great feeling indoors while sitting in front room and looking at ocean. Nice to be able to take our dogs, 2 labs. We will probably rebook.

Great family get away!

Just got home from a long weekend at this home where we had a ladies cousin reunion. The no TV turned out to be a blessing! Lots of catching up on the family tree. This home was very clean, welcoming and had everything we needed to feel welcome, including my little fur baby Reggie. The view from the private deck and back yard is stunning. (Still lots of humming bird visitors as well!) We also really appreciated the private front court yard. Will definitely be back for a return trip.

Beautiful spot for getaway but needs new beds

Great spot and very cozy. Loved the view and yard. Great kitchen. Would be benefit from an update. Desperately needs new mattresses and some extra blankets that were tattered and dirty. Very pleasant area.
