Kitchen: induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and express-so, toaster, blender, kettle, American fridge. Sofa and chaise longue, extendable dining tables. SONY 70-channel television, 104 cm placed on an arm on the wall and adjustable for the entire living-dining room. Washing machine.
Very beautiful new tiling on the 2 floors and on the terrace where a large table allows you to have lunch and dinner outside in the shade of a large parasol, a barbecue is at your disposal on the terrace.
New baby equipment: bed, mattress, draw sheet (except sheets), high chair, crockery, stroller, child safety barriers available.
2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined. Cabinets with shelves and hanging space in each bedroom.
Linens provided, specify the rooms and beds occupied before your arrival.
You have the garage (box) for 1 vehicle, parking is free in the street as well as in the adjacent streets.

Great quiet area location. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Property had everything you could need and there was a lovely welcome basket to welcome us with. Close proximity (10 mins) to town beaches and the town. Arcachon is a lovely place to visit and the house is perfectly placed for that. The number 3 bus will take you to the Dune one way and the trains station the other. The bus stop is one street over but note you need cash for the bus. There is a nice enclosed safe terrace for barbecue and outside gatherings. Particularly good for kids as u can watch them from inside the house. Great communication with Corinne and Cyril. Would highly recommend

Comfortable Stay

A very comfortable stay in this well equipt apartment. Ample room for 3 couples on vacation together. 2 good sized bathrooms (1ensuite) All amenities in kitchen. Good space for Dining inside or outside on patio . Close proximity to beach and Arcachon town .Check in /out efficient . Thank you
