Séjournez dans cette jolie villa Arcachonnaise, calme et confortable, avec un jardin privatif, à deux pas du centre-ville et à quelques minutes de la plage. Idéale pour une famille ou un séjour entre amis.

L’appartement se compose d’un salon/salle à manger avec un canapé clic-clac neuf (140 cm), une télévision, une table à manger et 4 chaises. La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée (four, micro-ondes, cafetière Dolce Gusto, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec congélateur, plaque électrique 3 foyers et hotte), vous permettant de préparer vos repas en toute simplicité.

La première chambre dispose d’un lit double de 160 cm et d’un placard/penderie pour un rangement pratique. La seconde chambre, accessible soit par la première chambre soit directement par le jardin, comprend deux lits superposés de 90 cm et un lit tiroir, avec un placard/penderie pour vos effets personnels.

La salle d’eau, moderne et fonctionnelle, est équipée d’une douche, d’un sèche-serviettes électrique et d’un lave-linge. Les WC sont séparés pour plus de confort.
