Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce magnifique appartement décoré avec soin. La terrasse est très sympathique, et le batiment calme et sécurisé. La place de parking est vraiment la bienvenue à Arcachon.La plage est très proche, ainsi que le centre ville qui est à 5 minutes en passant par les planches.Bref nous avons vraiment aprécié notre séjour, ainsi que l'accueil que nous avons eu!

Location charmante et bien située

Très bonne location. L’appartement est propre et décoré avec goût. Il est très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, machine à café, théière, produits de base, barbecue…), literie confortable. le petit jardin est super sympa et très agréable pour manger ou prendre l’apéro (1 table à manger et un salon de jardin) ou simplement pour jouer pour les enfants. L’appartement est en plus très bien situé. On a pu tout faire à pied (plage à 2 min, café de la plage / casino à 5 min, jetée Thiers et marché à 10 minutes environ). Bref très bonne semaine de vacances avec nos deux filles de 6 et 9 ans !! Et excellent accueil de Sandrine, merci !

En ce qui concerne l'appartement, il est bien situé, à l'opposé de la rue, très calme (point capital pour nous). Il est absolument conforme aux photos, fonctionnel, bien agencé et très agréable (couleurs, choix de la décoration) qu'il s'agisse de l'intérieur ou de la terrasse à laquelle on a accès depuis presque tout l'appartement. Literie, canapé et mobilier de jardin confortables. En résumé, il n'y a rien à redire. Nous remercions chaleureusement Sandrine, une dame charmante, à l'écoute et soucieuse des personnes qu'elle accueille et qui a preparé parfaitement l'appartement pour notre séjour. Merci d'avoir pris le temps de discuter avec nous et nous vous souhaitons une excellente continuation. Au plaisir de vous revoir car il n'est pas impossible que nous revenions ;)

Un appartement au top!

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique à Arcachon dans ce super appartement fonctionnel,au calme et agréable à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville La terrasse et le jardinet sont un réel atout à utiliser sans modération ! Les moustiques sont tenus à l'écart grâce aux spirales et bougies l..C'est largement gérable. Et n'oublions pas le plus agréable ....l'accueil fait par Sandrine.A l'image de l'appartement...au top!Merci encore de votre gentillesse et convivialité. Séjour très agréable

La location est très bien située, à deux pas de la mer et très près du centre. La place de parking est très appréciable, on peut poser la voiture et tout faire à pieds. La location est bien aménagée et très bien équipée, la grande terrasse très agréable, surtout que nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du beau temps. Merci à Sandrine pour son accueil!

Petit appartement récent près plage et centre

Petit appartement ( privilégier pour 2 pers) dans petite résidence récente, très propre, sécurisée avec place de pkg. L appartement situé au rdc possède une très grande terrasse avec diverses expositions, au calme et très bien équipée. C est un des gros points forts de l appartement même si les moustiques sont bien présents en cet été 2022 Le reste de l appartement est décoré avec gout. Plage sur le bassin à 100m, centre ville et marché à 1km à pied environ Accueil sympathique et arrangeant. Je recommande !

War schön, aber…

Das Objekt ist sehr modern und gut gelegen. Wunderbare 2 Terrassen und auch ein tolles Badezimmer. Check in war etwas schwierig, weil nur französisch gesprochen wurde. Da würde ich heutzutage doch auch Englisch erwarten. Auf Englisch ging es nur per SMS. Außerdem war die Kaution (500 Euro) in bar zu hinterlegen. Auch das wirkt doch sehr aus der Zeit gefallen und ist zudem bei der Rückfahrt blöd, wer braucht soviel Bargeld im Gepäck. Trotzdem gerne wieder!

Très jolie terrasse très bien équipée. Proximité immédiate de la plage. Centre ville à 10 petites minutes à pieds. L'appartement est très bien équipé également. Confort d'une place de parking sécurisée. Tout était top (mis à part les moustiques très présents!!!).

Appartement idéalement situé

Cet appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre ville, des restaurants et de la mer, on peut donc tout faire à pieds. Parking privé à l'entrée de la résidence. Très bon accueil avec de bons conseils! Appartement un peu petit pour 4 personnes mais pensé et conçu pour profiter pleinement de l'extérieur avec une très belle terrasse. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Tout est parfait

L'appartement, neuf, très joliment décoré et bien équipé est calme dans une petite résidence proche de la mer, du centre ville et des restaurants du front de mer. La grande terrasse arborée est une petite merveille. L'accueil est attentif et charmant. Sandrine est très disponible tout au long du séjour pour répondre à nos éventuelles questions. A notre avis c'est l'endroit idéal pour résider à Arcachon. A noter cependant que la résidence se situe au 162bis du bd et non pas au 164 comme indiqué sur le site d'Abritel.

L'appartement est identique au descriptif, de très bon standing et très bien entretenu. La residence est sécurisée avec un parking, ce qui est très appréciable. La localisation est parfaite pour tout faire à pied ou à vélo. Sandrine qui s'occupe du check in/out est disponible, très agréable et de bon conseil pour avoir des idées sur les points à ne pas manquer.
