Une petite arcachonaise entièrement rénovée, à deux pas de la plage.
Vous serez immédiatement séduit par la maison et sa terrasse, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre d'Arcachon et à 2 minutes du bassin.
Le logement
Nous avons entièrement rénovée cette jolie maison typique d'Arcachon.
Nous adorons nous poser dans les jolis fauteuils de sa terrasse arborée, puis partir pour une balade à pieds sur la plage que l'on rejoint en seulement 3 minutes à pieds. On peut aussi rejoindre à pieds le marché ainsi que le coeur de la ville.
La maison (90m2) se compose d'un rez de chaussée et d'un étage. Il y a 3 pièces à chaque niveau.
Au rez de chaussée, la cuisine, un salon , une chambre et un WC indépendant. A l'étage, deux chambres séparées par un salon/coin télé.
Les deux chambres à l'étage disposent chacune d'une douche, d'un lavabo et d'un WC.
La chambre du bas dispose d'une douche et lavabo.
L'étage se rejoint soit par un escalier intérieur soit par un escalier extérieur.
Toutes les pièces s'ouvrent sur la terrasse de 80m2.
La très agréable terrasse est entièrement aménagée et propose un petit coin cuisine avec évier et plancha.

Entspannter Urlaub
Das Haus ist zentral in Arcachon gelegen, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Da wir häufig selbst gekocht haben, waren wir über die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sehr dankbar.
Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe lief super. Astrid - unsere Ansprechperson vor Ort hatte uns freundlich empfangen und stand für Fragen - auch während unseres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung.
Ein kleiner Punkte könnte in der Hauptsaison schwierig werden. Das Haus hat keinen eigenen Einstellplatz für den einen Pkw. Bei uns (September / Oktober) war es kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden. Hier könnte es etwas schwieriger werden, wenn die Hauptferienzeit ist. Aber grundsätzlich benötigt man den Wagen nicht, da man alles zu Fuß erledigen kann oder man kann sich Fahrräder mieten.
Toll fand ich, dass wir im Haus von der Vermieterin (Arièl) eine Booklet hatten mit den Erläuterungen für das Haus, aber auch mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Also vielen Dank an Arièl, dass sie so ein tolles Haus anbietet und Danke an Astrid für den freundlichen Empfang und die Betreuung.
(Ein kleiner Punkt wegen der 4 Sterne für das Inserat: Im Inserat stand "mit Seeblick" oder ähnlich, das ist nicht richtig, das Meer kann man vom Haus nicht sehen.)

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in zentraler Lage. Strand und Stadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Voll ausgestattete Küche, sehr schöner Patio und wunderschöne Schlafzimmer! Sehr nette Betreuung von Helene vor Ort!
