L’appartement était sale.
Et l’aspirateur plus en état d’aspirer quoi que ce soit..
Les photos sont vendeuses mais ne correspondent pas à la réalité..
Le confort est sommaire, la vue sur le Bassin très réduite..

Malgré un emplacement intéressant proche du centre et sur la plage et un logement relativement agréable, nous restons déçu par notre arrivée dans ce logement qui était sale (alaise très sale, micro onde dégoûtant, placard intérieur sale, coulures sur la porte du frigo, aspirateur dans un état qui ne peut pas nettoyé !!!,.....). De plus je pense qu'il faudrait que le propriétaire investisse dans des radiateurs plus efficaces (obligé de les mettre à fond pour être bien).

Séjour réparateur, les pieds dans l'eau
L'appartement est clair et spacieux, bien situé dans une résidence calme et bien tenue. Le balcon est orienté ouest. Quelques commerçants à 5mn à pied et le centre ville à 15 mn à pied.

la détente
Mis à part le couchage qui pourrait être plus confortable, la résidence est bien située, le logement propre et la vue sur le bassin presque parfaite... couché de soleil derrière un magnifique pin qui oblige à aller sur la plage pour en profiter, c'est dur quand elle est à 20 mètres ! Je recommande ce logement et tout le secteur.
