On the 3rd floor of the residence (with elevator), spacious 2-bedroom apartment with 85 m² of living space opening onto two terraces, one facing the beach and the Bassin & the other facing south, and comprising:
Entryway - living room (2 sofas, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi) of 42 m² on a 13 m² terrace facing the Bassin (table and chairs), separate fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, induction hob and extractor fan, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... washing machine), hallway with 2 cupboards leading to a bathroom, a toilet, bedroom n°1 (cupboard, 3 beds 90cms including on the mezzanine) on a south-facing terrace (awnings, 2 sun loungers), bedroom n°2 on a south-facing terrace (small cupboard, bed 160cms) with private shower room.
The residence is located on the second row of the street, in a quiet area, and enjoys direct access to the beach and the promenade. It also has an elevator, trash room, and bicycle storage (space availability not guaranteed).
You will also have two private and secure parking spaces.
Linens are not provided; they can be rented through the agency, [hidden], a sheet and towel pack for €42 per week.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
During the winter months (mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15/day.

Countless tourist destinations on site (Arcachon basin, ocean beaches, Dune du Pyla, Landes forest, lakes...). We also recommend visiting the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards.
