This place is packed with people, our rooms were not ready and had to wait to get into the rooms. The rooms were not quite ready, there was water on the floor, missing towels, missing safe box instructions, etc. And forget about asking the front desk and getting them on time. We requested the safe box instructions and never got them. Food was probably the best that this place can offer but they will not serve you tap water, you have to pay for bottled water and any other drink. Other people in our group had similar experiences.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone this so called "hotel". No service whatsoever. Rooms are disgusting, bathroom doors don't closed, housekeeper will never change towels unless you complain to a manager. If you get all inclusive package expect the same dishes everyday. Lunch and dinner not organized well people have to wait since it's gets crowds and employees simply don't care. We ordered a room service and they brought freaking chicken sandwich and fries 1 hour 20 min late and called. Not a decent place to stay while vacationing in this beautiful little town Aqaba.

Planned to stay here here for one week – cancelled and moved out after one day. The buffet was out of food, the linen were dirty, several of the springs in our mattress were broken and they didn't have enough pool towels. Some other guests acted like barbarians wreaking havock, and with that increasing the stress we felt after a few hours at this "four star hotel". At the positive side, I felt that some of the personnel really did there best (and therefore deserves to be mentioned – like a guy called Omar working in the pool bar. He was superfriendly) but that the problem lies within the management understaffing the hotel. Conclusion: Avoid at almost any cost.

I would like to say this is the bad hotel and staff ever in never seen The food it was very very bad they let me to check in by my self no body come no body care The services more than bad The staff never care about you only follow girl everywhere try to hassling girls .. in the evening time they been follow all of the girls around the room they are think to have chance it's really shame Too much no control no body care I feel sorry about what's happening there's ...to all of the girl Family You should be very careful and to try find other hotel it will be safe for Family members and girls Only one guy in the recpachine he's name sultan best man if you need anything any help easy to find him and you can trust only him always smaile sultan best man ever .

It was far more than ok. The food was good, the room comfy and clean. The stuff is kind and helpful. Nearly everyone speaks English fluently, so the language won't cause any trouble. The sea is not far you can reach within 3-4 minutes, but the hotel has a swimming pool too, so you don't have to leave to get refreshed by cold water.

moderate restaurant service bad clean service at the restaurant you have to walk about 5 minutes to reach the beach parking is a problem good swimming pool for children, but crowded at seasons I may book again

The hotels is designed well and has a positive energy. The rooms are big however need a facelift in terms of the sheets, beds and the furniture. Their factoryesque buffet is a let down, both for breakfast and dinner. The 4 meals we had with them, the buffet seemed raided with empty pans and average food. Lastly they offer free shuttle service to thecity for times in a day P.S: The beach front we went to the one closest to the hotel to had pristine waters however was very rocky( sharp rocks and corals), can't enter without footwear

Although it was windy in the morning, water was warm, snorkelling was good, personal extremely friendly. I liked this place and will visit it again next week. Very good yacht marine with all necessary infrastructure.

The initial impression was not great, despite there being only a few people in front at check in, it must have taken 30 minutes to check in with the assistance of our Arabic speaking driver, which is pretty poor. Although we had a room with a great sea view , the position on the 4th floor for some would be a problem as there are no lifts, only steps to get your luggage to your room. The room was OK, with a small outdoor terrace overlooking the marina and a well sized bathroom with shower. The room is supplied with 2 bottles of water per day in the mini bar, but the TV is very dated and has very poor sound quality. The rooms are paired together with inter connecting doors and there Appears to be a small kitchen outside the entrance to the pair of rooms. Wi Fi is easier to connect in the rooms than by the pool. In the central part of the hotel are the 3 pools, we used the main large pool, but the edges are quite rough where pool tiles have been removed, leaving the grout exposed, so exit the pool by the steps. Pool towels are obtained by a circular window office from 09-1815, if you don't hand in your towels you will be charged. There is bar and small touristy shop by the pool, not sure if there are free snacks in the afternoon. However, many of the sun loungers are tired with cigarette burns on the cushions. Breakfast has a large buffet selection with omelettes cooked to order, the staff do a good job in clearing up after the hordes have descended! There is a bus laid on 4 times a day to the centre of Aqaba, we went in the evening and although you are supposed to book it was a free for all, with no checks made and other hotels had seats on the bus. In the evening you have 2 hours from leaving before you return the 6 miles or so, the trip takes about 20 minutes. A walk to the Red Sea takes about 5-10 minutes and there are quite a few activities you can purchase. There is a small public beach and you can snorkel in the clear water, but footwear is advised as the seabed is very rocky. In the evening we got into the Beach club that has really good pools and a bar alongside. If you go to the marina there are sea trips that can be purchased or other restaurants.

Despite the initial good impression from the entrance and the pool, I was quickly dissapointed by the lack of elevators (ok, if you ask the front desk they'll arrange someone to bring your luggage to your room). Had it been the only problem, but it got worse as I saw the worn out room, with an old tv and and dirty looking pillowcases. The bathroom had a broken knob but that was not the worst. When I got to their dinning room I had one of the worst meals of my life! None of the food there was edible. Everything was bland and cold. I thought about having some fruit, but to my surprise they leave apples and oranges alredy peeled at the buffet, attracting flies. To end the night, I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. To me it was clear they were short staffed. The employees were clearly working hard to get things moving, but they needed a miracle to turn this hotel into something decent. It's a pity, because they have a nice location, close to the red sea. Unless it gets a renovation I would definitely avoid this place.
