The hotel rooms and facilities are clean or well maintained. Their beach is so clean. However, they had a no food from outside policy. Like how am I supposed to eat only from the Hotel's restaurant. It was so absurd. I couldn't order food delivery or bring food from outside restaurants. The security guard was so rude when I was coming back to the hotel with some food bought from outside. I had my 1 year old baby and he didn't let me go inside the hotel. He said and I quote "if you want to come in you either have to throw your food in the trash or eat it outside and then come back". How rude is that. The country had a lockdown at 7:00 PM so I had to throw my food in the trash so I can come inside the hotel and not get fined or arrested for breaking the lockdown. The hotel should change their policy as well as train their security guards how to talk to guests.

Bad experience from the start , 3 hours late to check in our room, after we got our room the bathroom wasn’t working properly, room wasn’t cleaned the way it should have.

Beautiful hotel grounds, lobby, common area and pool. Rooms and hallways are looking a little tired. Furniture, paint, doors were all looking a bit tired and used. Could use some attention and updating. Staff was amazing.

Good but family room need more covers thanks alot , happy to vist you

When we checked in it was late in the evening. We just want to go to bed ad rest. Next morning I realized that the room was not the one I expected, because when I booked online I requested a room with "red Sea view" and I was given a room with a view of Eilat city. After presenting my concern at the front desk, the manager provided us with a room with Red Sea view. For the most part they were polite and listen to my concerns and request.
