hard to writh it all . i will do my best. in the bottom line amazing hotel and worth it by all aspects staff very kind. the faciliites are just wow . the spa area is a must so make sure you took a room with spa access the pool there is wow. the rooms are amazing and spacious. the beach is great . they approved late check out so thank you for that . try to book room with a marina view or infinity pool view. to improve : new hotel and still there are communication problem between the employees. the breakfast when theres a lot of people can be little bit annoying a bit. the lounge is full of children screaming and doing a messs and many times there no one to take care of that. was hard to get non lactose milk for coffee like : soy almond etc. the extra beds can be small a bit so be aware if you are tall . the quality of coctails not that good. the room cleaing not that good . they left grabage somtimes. didnt put a towel in the 2d toilet aetc etc. hope to see you soon .
I like that the staff was very upbeat and friendly. Also the pools were very clean and fun to swim in.
