Service was great. Room was clean. I enjoyed the rooftop bar/ restaurant where they often have live music. We didn’t eat there but wine, shisha and service was on point! I also love that you get the famous cookie upon checkin:)
I've really enjoyed my stay in this hotel great service, amazing staff especially Mr. A'laa and the yummiest cookie ever. It was an excellent experience and for sure it's not the last Keep it up guy's
Although we only stayed one night and arrived early evening, the hotel was extremely well maintained, the registration personnel were very helpful at check-in when asked about restaurants, and the room was extremely comfortable. A breakfast buffet in the morning was included, complete with an impressive array of different types of foods to hopefully satisfy any palate. (No "American breakfast" so prepare to be a little adventuresome.) Note: As in other hotels as well, as we found out, you must place your 'card' room key in the holder by the light switch for electric in the room to stay on. Actually a great energy saving feature, it doesn't allow lights to be left on after you leave the room. The downside - outlets shut off and you therefore cannot charge your computer, phone, etc. while you're gone, unless you have a second key that you leave "plugged in" while you're away.
The hotel is well located and the staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is a well stocked buffet and the rooms reasonable. The hotel has a pool but no access to a private beach and if you want to swim in the sea as a woman in a swimming costume you will have to pay for access to one of the two private clubs which are a distance away or pay for a day pass at a hotel with beach access. We didn’t need to boost the free WiFi which was adequate for our needs of emails, downloading newspapers.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. As a group check in was efficient but many members had difficulty accessing wifi without front desk intervention. This should be seamless and simple. The rooftop bar offers good views, service is friendly while having a cocktail watching the sun set. Buffet breakfast and dinner are good quality. Recommended
Not bad. REALLY need to provide water and towels in the gym. One highlight was Muhammad who looked after our every need while waiting for the shuttle to the airport. Found us charging stations in the Lower Ground floor, provided water. Etc. Need him in the gym!
First we went to diwan the roof to sit and have our coffee From the entrance the staff are very polite on welcoming us,and the front office team are right away to our any queries, the diwan staff are always with thier professional smiles at all time. During our stay We have enjoyed every moment we are here at this hotel. Well done to the management team. And too all employees.
Diwan the view v.nice Hotel in the heart of aqaba Rooms is comfortable Front office nice to deal with Happy to have the thus experience again And to be with my family next time Thank you double tree for your service
Good hotel, nice and tidy, staff are good also, but for the food they have to improve their food, it is not bad but they have to be professional in everything. The curtains don’t block the sun light 100%.
We have enjoyed a very pleasent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. They have excellent breakfast and a nice little pool with an owersea view. The staff Mohammed Dola was very nice, every time we get there he could find a sunbed for me.
