Really nice hotel with excellent location and comfortable clean big rooms, tasty healthy food with excellent value. I am a frequent guest to this hotel as I always feel comfortable when i stay in this hotel, staff are so welcoming

Honestly i do not know how the 5 stars rate is given, but i would not rate this hotel that much. we were welcomed with their tasty gooey cookie.the security at the door are amazing and so friendly. Our room was very good, cleaned well and smells nice. The quality of the sleep is great, very well maintained ventilation system . We were not offered breakfast and we paid 7 JOD for the buffet which is really good, The chef is friendly and had done amazing job in controlling the quality of the service even. The staff are friendly but they are not ready to search for answers! We asked them about many things yet the answer was most of the times we don't know! We were there to attend a wedding, the bride had made contact with the hotel and even placed a shuttle, yet when we were inquiring whether the shuttle arrived or not or about the location they always answered they don not know as if surprised! The security were way more helpful. We stayed for five nights and the last two we had to order the towels as they were not all replaces, and the kits equally. They used to provide them back without attitude but still it took them time sometimes and several reminders. The biggest deception is the pool: tiny one that was not even inviting and not exposed to the sun. Else it is in a very practical location.

Alaa and her team helped us from the start, always responding to emails promptly and upgrading us for free! Really smooth and easy to check in and we felt really safe in the hotel, thanks for a great experience

In short, meet the Hilton standards. The openness of the design (big indoor open space in the centre of the hotel) make the stay very pleasant. It is near the beach and many restaurant. Staff are very friendly.

Overall is a very good Hotel. Big room and view directly on the city. Breakfast was very good and in the evening restaurant serve typical food. But the real value added was the hot cookie served like a welcome. We took five in a glance!!

We stayed for almost a week (partly cut up because of excursions), and i have to say; i`ve NEVER meet such a friendly, welcoming and helpful staff ANYWHERE (and i`ve been travelling a lot). We had some bad experiences as we arrived regarding lost baggage, taxi driver irresponsebility ++, but they immediately stood up, and just fixed it all. Beside that, a clean, well-equipped (fitness, pool ++) and central hotel i truly can recommand :) !

Throughout my two weeks traveling in Israel, my night at the DoubleTree was the best sleep I got. The hotel is centrally located, kind of loud at night. It is a decent and clean hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Although, I found my bathroom to have an old feeling, dirty and the bathroom door wood was chipping. The rooftop lounge and views are beautiful. The dinner was okay, but enjoyed the breakfast very much - falafel, yea! The only issue I had with this hotel is the building is HOT - there is no air con in the lobby, hallways and the elevators feel like the heater is on. It is over 100 degrees outside and not able to cool off in the hotel.

So let me just rave about this wonderful hotel. I'm always a big fan of Hilton, but THEY GIVE YOU A DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE WHEN YOU WALK IN! The gentlemen during check in was efficient, fun, and really helpful. We had a beautiful suite with a view Of the pool and the ocean! Great walking distance to some wonderful Syrian food. The view from the rooftop bar/restaurant was amazing. Hands down, one of the best experiences we've had in a hotel

I stayed one week because a business trip. The size of the room was ok, the thing that there was dust everywhere and the first night the sheets were damp. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. There was a small fridge and tea machine. The swim pool is small but enough, and the rooftop is nice. The breakfast is very complete and there are a lot of options. Even you can ask for a breakfast lunch. Service was correct. I think that in general a renew is needed.

DoubleTree Aqaba is probably the best hotel to stay at in Aqaba if you are not looking to spend too much money on a fancy beachside hotel. The entrance and welcome by the team is fantastic, and the fresh signature cookie is just the same as any DoubleTree will offer! Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety .. I would also recommend you visit their rooftop terrace as its probably the best spot in Aqaba for a late night drink or light meal! Front office team and FO Manager was great with extending late check out .. all in all, I would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat!
