Sweet place with awesome service! Great place to stay with kids. Definitely will stay here again. Close to the outlet mall:)

Vicki is always up front with a smile and is so helpful. She is the reason we continue to return!

Staff is great. WiFi is Very weak. AT&T cell reception is weak to non existent. Very Good Breakfast, especially the eggs. 4th year here. Cable and weather channel worked this year. stayed 9 days. No Restaurant this year, went to Hilton and Olive Garden for supper.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.. We would stay there again.

Before arriving I called to confirm times and location to take the airport shuttle from Appleton Int'l Airport. I was informed that the airport shuttle did not run during AirVenture week. The biggest week of the year (I would imagine) for this hotel and they don't offer airport shuttle service? So I rent a car (costing me another $200). Two days later (and this is the ONLY reason why I am giving this hotel 2 stars) the M.O.D. called me and said she would personally come and get me --and drop me off at 5am Sunday morning. I thanked her but said I had already rented a car for the time I was there. I arrived and checked into the hotel. The room was HUGE - so I didn't feel too bad about paying $385 a night. I was starving so I figured while my phone charged I would order room service. Call the number and I get voicemail. I called the front desk and asked if I should leave a message? I was again informed that the restaurant was ALSO closed for the week. I was instructed to go about 3 blocks away to the Johnny Rockets in the mall. I wouldn't have objected to ANY of this if on the hotel website they had STATED all these "perks" were not available during AirVenture week. But I booked this hotel specifically FOR these perks and the fact it was less than 2 miles from the venue. The room was very large (as I stated above), carpet and furniture were stained in many places. Not luxurious by any means - but again convenient to the venue. Because the booking was "Non-refundable" I was locked into my stay there. Again - kudos to the M.O.D. (I believe her name was April) for stepping up to the plate. Lesson learned by them, I hope, to FULLY DISCLOSE changes in their Amenities in the future.

I have stayed in Windham hotels literally all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. For a charge of over $300 per night for a room that should've been no more than $50 a night. The bathroom was small the sheets were old, the television was crappy, no Internet service. the customer service was terrible. I will be back to Oshkosh next year for the fly in but everyone that I meet and my family will never stay at this hotel again !

Beautiful Hotel, We have stayed many times as we attend the EAA Air Venture. Pricey but very Nice!!

Needed a room for Airventure on short notice and they found a room for me and even got an extra bed when friends wanted to stay with me. Thanks for the stay to all the staff but especially Vicky who took all my phone calls and changes and made it a great stay.

We stayed here and went to Country USA. It was was close staff was friendly it was clean breakfast was good pool was great!!

When we arrived on Thursday we had inquired about the social hour times, which is supposed to be every evening Monday thru Thursday, they told us that they would not be having it because rock test was going on. Ok then we decided to go to the bar area located in the hotel and that was closed. We went to the desk only to find out that the bartender has called in that evening so they were not going to open. Apparently they only have one person who can run the bar area! The bathroom door was replaced with another door that was 1" narrower than it should have been so when closed you could see along the side that was supposed to latch. Overall a disappointing stay.
