Very noisy in the room. A wedding was going on so i don't need to say more. I understand what can happen when they return from the reception.

The registration desk and location is great, beautiful and clean...deceiving because the rest of the hotel is gross. Dirty and outdated. the room felt dirty, the bedding was old and not fresh. stains on the floor and the shower curtain which was white was dingy. Kids pool was dirty, got there right when they opened and it was apparent it hadn't been cleaned as there was junk in the bottom of the pool and in the corners. hotel attendant had told me over the phone when registering that a certain room type was available, there was not even that room in the entire hotel. asked to be next to a family member when made reservation, wasn't even on the same floor. upon check out paid and looked at the receipt and it wasn't even me on the receipt....not even close. terribly disappointed and will not be visiting again nor recommending.

Checked in went to first room and was not clean from other guest.went back to lobby got new room and had to have it vacuumed since there was good and other things still on the floor

I could hear conversations next door . When they decided to have a party, I left the room for a while and let it calm down. Got back to the room after 11 and all had quieted down. Reasonable rates during a show. I would never pay that much for the room in a regular / non event setting. Breakfast was definitely above average, some of the food was not hot, but hey, its a buffet.

I came to Oshkosh to attend a conference that was connected to this hotel. One of the reviews talks about updates rooms. That wouldn't describe mine. It was clean and nice size but the bed wasn't very comfortable. Plus I asked for a quiet room when making the reservation and my room was next to the gaming area. So that was a disappointment. All in all it was decent for the cost.

We we there for St. Patrick’s Day! We had a fantastic time after joining other guests in the bar. Our bartender was out of this world fun! She made us all feel very welcome. Have to say, to the jerk that called her a rattlesnake.... quit expecting women to screw your skanky self! Especially married women you absolute loser! We would go there again. The whirlpool tub was amazing even though one of the buttons was broke.

The bartender Ashley, (much nicer than the other bartender) was absolutely amazing!! The rooms were amazing!!! Overall amazing!!! My date and I had a great time. Will recommend 5 out of 5 stars!! Can't wait for next time!!

When checking in at around 8 PM I waited around for help for a few minutes, then called out twice before someone appeared. No apology, no greeting, no eye contact. She mumbled through the room location. She did not say anything about breakfast times or WiFi which would have been helpful. True I could find that information in the guest services binder in the room but I had the distinct feeling I woke her up and she was doing the bare minimum so she could get back to wherever she was before I disturbed her. At check out, the same clerk gave me the receipt for someone else and had to go back for mine. I was traveling for work and it would have been difficult to explain to accounting why I was paying for a stranger's room. I cannot comment much about the pool or breakfast. I was working so I didn't have a chance to take advantage of either. The room was very spacious and clean and the tiny little refrigerator and microwave were clean but I didn't have a chance to try them out. Bed was comfy and the heating unit was quiet.

Very happy with the cleanliness and updating of the room. The hot tub and pool areas were really nice too. We were at a conference and the staff there was friendly as was the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

Made reservations online. Called before arrival to ask for lower level room or to be near the elevator as we had two gals with distance walking problems. At check in we found our room right next to the elevator. Although the binder in our room said there were clocks at the bedside table we did not have one. One of the gals set the alarm on her cell phone to make sure we didn't oversleep on the morning after daylight savings time changed. We experienced good service throughout. I know of other guests that used the WiFI since we found the password on our room key holder. We plan to use this hotel again in the future.
