Filthy room, broken furniture, entire hotel smells. In total shambles including the parking lot.

The hotel was fine. The staff was fine. The price for the room was twice what it should be. I can understand it being Oshkosh EAA AirVenture week but still. Gauging.

Smells very bad! I do not think i will stay here again!

My friend and I enjoyed the stay. It was clean and quiet. The only problems we had was not many tv stations. A tv guide would be nice. And if the refrigerator was up from the floor. I have a bad back and to bend down that for wasn't comfortable.

The pool and hot tub where great, super friendly staff. The hotel needs some tlc. It was worn out and kind of dingy.

My room smelled somewhat musty, maybe cigarette smoke as well. Additionally, there were stains on the sofa and the room was dated. I did like the jacuzzi, free cookies and the staff was nice. Not sure I would stay there again, a renovation is overdue!

The hotel was about what I expected. Two things worth mentioning. I was in two rooms and most of the lamps and TV were unplugged. I didn't appreciate having to crawl around to plug them in. When I arrived a the hotel for my second night they had put someone else in my room. The staff was helpful and put me in another room but it was annoying.

This was good quick overnight stay for us on our way back from Country Fest.

When we arrived, there wasn't a clerk to greet us, but was attending to another guest's issues. She was very kind. Check in was a breeze. The hotel itself was a bit out of date but they were in the process of doing updates. It must have been a smoking hotel prior to the new laws because it smelled faintly of cigarrettes. Overall, the first night's room was very clean. The beds were very comfy. The pool and hot tub are a different story. When you turned on the jets for the hot tub, it would foam way too much. It was almost to the point of overflowing into the pool. One of the jets was broken as well because the water seemed to be coming through the wall. The pool was very cold and the paint at the bottom was peeling off and was slippery in some places. When we left the next morning for shopping, the breakfast was decent. However, the housekeeping was bad. The beds were not remade, but the sheets just thrown on the bed, no new hand towels or washcloths were given to us. Getting out of the parking lot was a problem too because of the location of the hotel, but the trade off was that it was by a lot a shopping areas and places to eat. The area was nice.

The pool and hot tub were clean, staff very nice and accommodating, bed was comfortable. Not fancy, but didn't want, nor need, fancy. I will go back.
