We had a great experience on our stay.The house was very relaxing and homey. The only feedback is that the dishes and pans were dirty when we took them out to use. We had to wash everything before using them. Everything else was clean and well stocked though.

The family all enjoyed the house and pool and hot tub. However, there are three issues we had. There was a lack of charcoal for the grill, not enough to grill our food. There wasn't much lighter fluid left in the bottle also. Please make sure these are checked for future renters. We would suggest that you get a long handled spatula for the outdoor grill, the short handle one doesn't work out well with the heat from the grill.

Perfect family vacation spot

This lovely home was a perfect spot for our us, our kids, and grandkids. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all the fun pool accessories. The dogs loved the spacious, fenced in backyard. We will definitely book this amazing get away again!!

Great vacation experience!

This house was really clean, in great condition, and in a nice and quiet neighborhood! There were a lot of amenities in this house and we had a great time. The pool and hot tub were a hit! Everything we needed was there in the house and didn’t really have to leave much at all. Only downside was having to figure out what to do with garbage since the garbage cans were full when we got there and they weren’t picked up to be emptied! Otherwise, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Nice place but changed management and noise monitors

This house was perfect for me and my friends, it had everything we wanted. But my whole experience leading up to it was a mess because the person i originally booked it with, sold it to a property management company. So i had to rebook the property, which was a mess and the property company didn't know why it wasn't working so it took days to even do that and constant back and forth. Plus changes to booking policies since when i had first booked it which was annoying. Then You're talking to multiple different people and not the same person every time which was frustrating. When we were staying in the house, we would get texts telling us they're going to charge us a big fee because the noise monitors were going off. Turns out our speaker was right next to one. So keep an eye out for those monitors... I'm all about respecting the neighbors, but we weren't even being loud. This house is meant for 14 people.. so it's not that hard for conversation to get a little loud .. anyways house worked out great for us but everything else was not so smooth for me

Marvelous

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this fabulous home. The description was perfectly accurate and it had all of the comforts of home, plus more. We were there in the winter so we were not able to use the outdoor area, but we will for be back! We have stayed in many short term rentals in Appleton and this is by far the best. Everything was top notch!

Beautiful property

We were a large group from Chicago who wanted to spend Labor day weekend together and this was perfect spot - pool, bar, hot tub, basement with loads of board games, outdoor games, great patio space to hang out, smoker for bbq. We had an awesome time!

Best Weekend Stay!

Not only does the house have everything you could want and more, the host is incredibly thoughtful and helpful! She was accommodating to our every need and went above and beyond to assist our group. We would highly recommend to others and will definitely return in the future!

The perfect getaway

This property was truly the perfect getaway. The backyard was amazing, and the pool water was so warm. The pictures really don't do it justice. Even better in person. Fully fenced yard so great privacy as well. The house was welcoming and so clean. Had everything you would need to make the stay so comfortable. The neighborhood is also really nice so if you want to do any walking or running, which I did, it's perfect. And the best part was the host, Megan. She had everything perfectly prepared and ready with incredible attention to detail. You arrive to find a booklet with literally all the information you need about the property, local activities, and more. She made it a very personalized experience, and she is extremely responsive. Can't say enough great things about her. From beginning to end, this is an incredible property with an incredible host. We will be back.

Beautiful Appleton Home

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and had everything my family and I needed for a great weekend. We enjoyed the large hot tub. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Appleton or Green Bay Area.

Quick stay for a Packer game

Myself and some friends stayed here for 2 nights for a Packer game. The property was excellent! Perfect for hanging out. The hot tub was perfect while it snowed. Highly recommend!

Amazing House! Dream Backyard with lots to do!
