Paint chipped on walls. Floor wasn't clean. Mattress was worn out. Pillows were actually ok. Noisy people apparently living fulltime around and above. Price was right until they charged an extra $25 for early check in. 2:15pm.

Rooms were good for what you pay for. Had a fridge. Heat only goes up to 78 so if you travel and its cold maybe bring a portable heater. Helps in bathroom. Staff were nice and helpful. HOWEVER THAT DUMB ASS RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR DUTCH BROS. BLASTS MUSIC ALL NIGHT LONG. WOKE ME UP 3 TIMES THOUGHT A CAR WAS PARKING IN LOT DOING IT BUT NO THEY BAD NEIGHBORS. TURN THE MUSIC OFF TEN PMTIL 9 AM. YOU GET AHOLE BIZ NEIGHBOR GRAMMY

First off the front end staff were very friendly. Both rooms I stayed in over 3 nights were clean and very modern. But the first room the wifi signal was not that great. 126. But 225 had great reception. I would recommend it to my family and friends.
