We have just returned from our amazing stay in this beautiful villa, and none of us wanted to leave! It has the most gorgeous sea views, with plenty of outside seating areas to choose from. Pool was crystal clear and massive. The whole villa is lit up beautifully in the evening including the pool. Villa had everything we needed including a bbq! Everywhere lovely and clean. You definitely need a car to explore the area and for eating out in near by Plaka and Almyrida. We would definitely love to return.

Que du positif pour cette location,le cadre est magnifique et calme.Aucun voisins proches.la vue sur la mer est magnifique.ideal pour une famille avec enfants,une bande d amis ou en amoureux.nius étions 3 et chacun avait son espace.vous pouvez aisément être jusqu'à 8 personnes.la maison est spacieuse et équipée de tout le nécessaire,lave vaisselle, machine à laver,fer à repasser... l' extérieur est très bien, évidemment il y a la piscine mais pas que... deux terrasses, l' une avec barbecue et tables et l autre coin cosy idéal pour prendre son petit déjeuner ou l apéro en extérieur, vous y trouverez un citronnier et des oliviers.je tiens particulièrement à remercier toute l'équipe qui s occupe de cette location.du jour de la réservation jusqu'à la fin,ces personnes sont restées disponibles, à l' écoute et soucieux de notre bien être. bravo à eux pour leur travail sérieux, leur bons plans,les adresses de restaurants, locations de voiture, bateau ou vélo et autres,massage ou ched cuisiner à domicile.n hésitez pas surtout si vous êtes à la recherche de calme et sérénité.

Super Villa

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa. Ein Mietwagen ist ein muss. Zwei Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich. Def Keller der Villa ist nochmal seperat als Wohnraum mit einem Doppel Bett und zwei Einzel Betten ausgebaut. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieter war super, ich kann einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen

Schöne, griechische Villa mit Meerblick in Kokkino Chorio

Sehr zu empfehlen !!! Etwas abseits vom nächsten Ort, Auto ist ein Muss...dafür absolute Privatsphäre und fantastischer Ausblick zum Meer. Keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn am Grundstück. Das einzigste Geräusch was man hörte waren die Zirpen, aber daran gewöhnte man sich nach kurzer Zeit. Check-in erfolgte problemlos via Schlüsselkadten und Code direkt am Hauseingang. Der Kontakt der Agentur war durchweg super und prompt. Einzigster Mangel war, dass der Pool nicht gereinigt war. Nach Reklamation unsererseits kam am 2.Tag der Poolboy und dann war der Pool auch glasklar. Also alles gut! Die Villa selber ist rustikal eingerichtet, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Und bis auf den Pool war alles sehr sauber. Sogar mit kleinem Überlebenspaket an Lebensmitteln für die ersten Stunden. Der TV ging nicht, aber den brauchten wir nicht. Super war das separate Studio im Untergeschoss. Das hat einen separaten Eingang und ist wirklich als extra Wohnung nutzbar (perfekt auch für mitreisende Großeltern). In der Villa selber befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten (1x Kingsize u. 1x 2 Einzelbetten). Ventilatoren sind in beiden Schlafzimmern. Im Wohnbereich unten mit Klimaanlage! Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt mit offenen Tor. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und Liegen sind für alle vorhanden. Der Ausblick vom Pool war fantastisch. Der einzigste Minuspunkt ist die Entfernung zum nächsten großen Ort. Mit dem Auto fährt man ca. 15 Minuten nach Albufeira. Der nächste kleine, wirklich bloß kleine Supermarkt befindet sich in Kokkino Chorio selbst und man läuft ca. 10 Minuten dahin. Brötchen gibt es da am Morgen auch. Einkaufen ist besser nach Chania ins Lidl zu normalen Preisen. Die kleinen Geschäfte schlagen wahnsinnig drauf. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in einer echt typisch, griechischen Villa!!!

Calme confort serenite

Tout etait parfait et conforme au descriptif. Maison très propre et fort bien équipée. Très grande piscine. Maison au calme. Tout était prevu même un panier d'accueil avec les premiers articles pour une arrivée un dimanche après-midi bien que les epiceries soient toujours ouvertes (café, fruits, vin, lessive ...) un grand merci pour toutes ces petites attentions très appréciées. Nous avons passés 15 jours formidables. Les crétois sont accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons toujours mangés local dans les petits restos indiqués par le routard et nous n'avons jamais été décus. Très beau pays. Nous n'avons pas pu tout voir... nous reviendrons. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette location.
