The house has its own separate entrance, roof terrace, and pool. Parking is found right in front of the house as well as a good size supermarket called ZINKA where you can find everything. The house has various terraces where you can sit for a meal or enjoy the sun on a bed. From the house you have direct access to the beach with several cool tavernas very close by. In the house, we provide a manual with our recommendations of trips and places to eat in the area.
Kalyves is a coastal settlement northwest of Crete in the Apokoronas region east of the ancient Venetian Port and town of Chania approximately 20 kilometers away. Kalyves Sands is a modern townhouse, located on a sandy beach with panoramic views of Souda Bay and The White Mountains. It has 130 square meters (approx 1300 square feet) of living space, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. You also can use the Washer and Dryer and Barbecue Grill. The private Swimming pool has a warm and cold water poolside shower and the sunbeams can be taken to the beach or leave next to the pool. The Supermarket is right across the road and a bus stop to get you to Chania within 50 meters. English speaking doctor and pharmacies are in the village. Car rental agencies are at a short distance and so are Banks and ATMs. and many tavernas and coffee places. Chania International Airport (CHQ) is located approximately 40 minutes away on the Akrotiri Peninsula near Souda Bay.
