Stay Here for Berlin Visit

Our first stop on our Bavarian vacation. This room was very comfortable and in a superb location. The staff was really friendly, and the only thing to improve upon is the parking, but that is not their fault and I’m pretty sure there is nothing they can do to make it more convenient. The room was right across the street from a convenience store and the Brandenburg Gate and Holocaust Memorial were almost right outside our door. 10/10

Great New Year’s Stay in Berlin

Apartment overall was spacious and very well located. Great kitchen and dining room area with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Smaller bedroom was very tight with the two twins. Bathroom was even tighter with very little ventilation. When we arrived, there were small gnats flying in the bathroom and bedrooms, but they did not bite and seemed to dissipate over time. The elevator was not working at arrival so we had to drag our bags up several flights of stairs, but it was fixed prior to our departure. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay with this company again.

The apartment looks like nothing in any of the modernly styled ones in the photos. It appears as though it’s been without an update since the 90’s. Communication was the worst. Despite several emails and phone calls, I didn’t get the code for entry into the apartment until later in the evening the day of my arrival and had already booked an alternative spot at a much higher cost after not hearing from them since I didn’t want to be without a place to sleep. I stayed at my first booking because the location was preferred.

We enjoyed staying at these apartments. The staff was very helpful when the WiFi wasn’t working and also provided an iron for us. Check-in and out was easy with instructions since it was after hours. There are no toiletries except for one small bar of soap, and no condiments in the kitchen so bring your own. There is a small washer but we didn’t use it. From here you can walk to many places or take public transportation. Overall these apartments are perfect for a centrally located stay.

The apartment was very spacious. There was more than enough space for all three of us. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. It was close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. It was also walking distance from the Berlin Mall. I'd like to especially thank the staff.
