The property was beautiful and the staff was great. But the bed mattress was so hard! Woke up with back and hip pain.

Location and service is great, you dont feel the corporate brainwash but genuine easy and professional service with a team who has been curating clients for some time. The property is 35 years old so indeed can show a bit of Vintage feel, but ot is well maintained. Bed and bathtub are top quality and I recommend to enjoy a sunset at the terrace, followed by a nice Thai Dinner at the Phranan Restaurant. The grotto restaurant is okay food and would need a twist of modernityor better ingredients and the best views are for late lunch instead of dinner.the excursion specialist is really helpful and dont miss to do a bit of rock climbing or enjoy a private sunset. The spa is gorgeous, you feel really relaxed there with great treatment like the signature massage. I hope to come back to further e?Florence these beautiful and active resort!

This place felt like home! The staff was so friendly, everyone is always greeting you, the food was great, and it was pretty close to all the Ao Nang beaches and shopping. We got a scooter for 250 baht a day and that made life so easy, and it was super cheap. The only thing we didn't like was the Spa, and there are many alternatives down the road near the market.
