Host was communicative and helpful with some specific questions we had. The apartment was in a cute older house, nicely updated and set up for guests. Everything was nicely labeled to be easy to find. The hot tub was great as well!

We came to area for riding atv's.We are all above 60 years old with bad knees.We did not notice in the advert. that there was a large staircase.

Beautiful space

We loved this space with our whole family. Lots of space to enjoy, including the hot tub. Very clean and very comfortable.

Everything we could need

Stayed 3 nights while visiting relatives. Teen loved the Xbox. Had everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

My friend and I had the most incredible time at this beautiful Vrbo. The two-bedroom, one-bath house was updated, clean and has a great kitchen, offering a luxurious experience. The outdoor hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of snowboarding. The attention to detail and comfort was truly exceptional. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway!

Absolutely loved this property. The beds are huge and there's lots of space and you can adjust the AC to your liking. The only thing we didnt like was we felt the hottub wasnt very clean.

A hidden gem!

We absolutely loved this place. Very well organized. Rebecca labeled everything! The spot was so comfortable and welcoming. We loved everything about this spot. We loved the hot tub as well. The futon was so comfortable. Rebecca provided extra blankets just in case and made sure to give us clear instructions on how to operate the hot tub and how to leave the place.

Clean and spacious farmhouse

The rental was very clean and spacious. Response was quick when i had a question. The purple king size mattresses were appreciated. Its hard to find king size mattresses in a rental let alone 2 good quality ones. Lots of little details to make your stay more enjoyable like a sound machine in the bedrooms and night light in the bathroom. Kitchen was fully stock so you can cook meals. I feel with the obesity rate more than 50% for americans the furniture and bed frames could be more sturdy. The porch and steps leading to the door need to be replaced. I would stay here again.

The unit was comfortable and clean. We booked this place because we were visiting family in the town so mainly just used it for sleeping. After leaving the unit as we found it and following all directions in the binder left in the kitchen I received an email saying my $1500 deposit was being withheld. I immediately contacted the host Rebecca to ask if something was wrong. She didn’t know because she lives in Florida and has a “team” that takes care of the house. She assured me she would contact them and have an answer for me later that evening. I didn’t hear from her again until I contacted her again the next day. She said there was an electrical issue/water damage, something to do with an electrical outlet. That was as specific as she got, insisting that she had to have a licensed electrician come to the property before she could tell me what was wrong. I waited another 4 days for the electrician to come and then had to contact her myself again. I was told the electrician would be arriving shortly. That was the last I heard from her. Meanwhile she had rented the unit out to other people since the day we left. So I would absolutely not recommend anyone stay at this property.

Used for insurance fraud

Had a pleasant enough stay at the time. Some kitchen items were missing and damaged, we requested new ones and got them via next day delivery. The fire alarm went off on its own twice (we were not cooking) but there was no fire and we didn't think anything of it. After the stay, I received an email that a claim had been filed via the insurance the owner required us to purchase for the trip. Several things were attributed to us that were ridiculous for a 2 day trip - like the shower drain being clogged. The big one however was claiming the hot tub needed repairs/cleaning. WE LITERALLY DID NOT USE THE HOT TUB. It was 90 degrees the 2 days we stayed, so we didn't end up going into the tub or even touching the controls at all. And the owner claimed $2.9k worth of damage had been done by us. The owner made no mention of any of these claims to me directly, either during or after the stay. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting to see fraud like this. Stay away, this place is not anywhere near nice enough to be worth this.
