Charming Colonial house with the comforts of a modern home.

This Luxury Colonial Style house has 3 bedrooms (one downstairs, two upstairs), 2 full baths, kitchen and a family room with a pool table. Flat screen TVs in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace has a lovely view of the volcanoes and surrounding mountains. There is a laundry room (The House keeper will do the laundry) and Wi-fi High speed Internet access and a secure safe deposit box for important papers.
Fifteen minutes walking distance to central park. Ten Minutes to the Market. Inside a secured gated community. A housekeeper who will clean the house and do your laundry.
Bottled water is provided and replenished so you don´t have to buy it.
We can provide Airport pickup and return (You pay around $60 each way). Upon arrival we provide a welcome basket with fruit, coffee, bread, bottled water, etc. good for a day or two.
The vacation home features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
