Visited for the first time last year and I have to say that the hotel itself is lovely and clean and cannot be faulted on this front. The main problem with this hotel are some of the staff are exceedingly rude. We travelled when the temperatures were up to around 42 most of the time. When we arrived to our room on the first night the air conditioning was stuck on 29 degrees. After speaking with the reception we were told someone would come and take a look. Over an hour and a half later someone came to look and literally poked the thermostat with a screwdriver and just shrugged and left. When we asked to move rooms the receptionist said it woupd have to wait until morning. I told him that the heat in the room was unbearable and I would not be returning to it. Still no new room and it took over 36 hours after reporting the problem to eventually change rooms. The other point was that they paid far more attention to the German visitors and were more than accommodating to them but not the British unfortunately. Overall the trip was enjoyable but I would say that there are better places to stay in Antalya than here.

We spent 10 nights here from the end of May into June just before the temp went up. Upon arrival (2am), we were greeted with a welcome drink and a cold towel, checked in quickly and shown to our room. As we have children aged 6 & 3, I'd previously emailed the hotel to request a large room in the main part of the hotel nearest to all the facilities. We were not disappointed, the room was on the 3rd floor, on the corner (so looking at the fire plan map, it was more spacious than the others) and had bunk beds....which our eldest was over the moon about. Even though it was one room, it was large enough for a partition between us and the kids giving us plenty of privacy. The room was also very clean, had a fridge full of soft drinks and water that was replenished daily. We also had a decent sized balcony which was nice. The bathroom was a very good size, of which being a young family was very useful - linen/towels were fresh and changed daily. One note about the room was that we were told that it would have air con. Although the evenings were cool, it didn't seem to get that cold. On further investigation, apparently the air con is not turned on until June, where it is only turned on for certain parts of the day. Although we were comfortable, I feel this is a little disingenuous and misleading, I'd imagine it could be quite unbearable sometimes. The main restaurant is ok, plenty of space to find a table, etc. However, it like all all inclusive hotels, sometimes feels over crowded and a little disorganised, the staff always seem to be dropping things. The food was good enough and always found there was plenty to choose from, I think only one night out of the ten it felt a little repetitive. They have a kids selection which is good if you want your child to be independent, but again no fault of the hotel was overun with unsupervised kids. But all in all I couldn't fault the food. You have two main pools, the large top pool which has a small shallow area for the kids and the pool/water park on the next level heading down to the beach. Both are nice, clean and tidy of which we never struggled to find beds. We alternated between the two as the kids enjoyed both. There is also an indoor pool which is rarely used and rather chilly. The water park/pirate boat is great for the kids and is only 40cm deep so we could watch them comfortably from the sun loungers without worrying. There are three water slides that are also quite fun. What is nice, is the water park is situated between a bar (where you can get water, drinks and ice creams throughout the day) and the outside restaurant which we tended to eat lunch as it was less busy than the main restaurant, was outside and had lovely views....also look out for the woman that makes fresh flatbread here, it's lush. The hotel and grounds are very clean and well kept, our kids didn't like the beach but I freely walked the coast daily and it was very nice. We don't see any flys or other pests like wasps which was nice. The entertainment team were good, lots of activities during the day which was there was no pressure to join in. They also looked after most of the the evening entertainment which went a few nights and was ok. One thing to mention to my fellow Brits is that you will feel in the minority...which didn't bother us but have seen reviews where it has bothered others. Expect a lot of Germans, Russians and Eastern Europeans. Some of the waiters and bar staff struggle with English, however are very friendly, good with the kids and persevere. There is an underground walkway in the hotel, that allows you to get around out of the heat. This is were you will find the spa, arcade, a couple of shops and a bar. We took the littlens to the arcade one evening for bowling, the gent let the kids bowl for free, gave us lots of free tokens and we spent about £15, which lasted over an hour - the guy also gave the kids a free toy each when leaving which was nice. It is also worth mentioning the markets outside of the hotel, these were very quiet, covered and friendly to be able to walk around freely and get some bargains. On checkout we also requested a late checkout which was €30. The travel time to and from the airport was 45mins, we were the first dropped off and last picked up which was good, especially with littlens. I'd advise taking Turkish lira or Euros. All in all a lovely hotel where I'd one day happily visit again.

We stayed in the anex and l would definitely recommend it it has its own small pool and every room had its own air con as inthe main hotel it was not beeing switch Ed on untill 14 june this hotel is spotless furnishing is lovley a large dining room great food and plenty of it i would recomend booking breakfast over in the anex there is food available 24 hours a day the pools are lovley and claen but can be very slippy lotts of things for the children slides in again a lovely pool even a roundabout and best of all you dont have to get up at silly times to get a sun bed there are lots all day .the staff in the hotel are so frIENDLY AND CAN NOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU. Out side the hotel are lots and lotts of shops so take a big case the only thing we found was there was no ware to walk other thanaround the shops as there is no prom to walk on.the hotel is built on quite a steep slop so would not recommend it to all but we will be definitely going back cannot recomend it enough I

Hotel is stunning with the grounds and pool areas always kept immaculate. The food is great with plenty to choose from you can always find something to have. The kids loved the kids pool and the water slides. The entertainment was mixed when they got in dance groups from outside the normal staff it was amazing but some nights when the normal entertainment team done it it was mixed some very good some boring. The kids club staff are really friendly and nice. My daughter had had enough sun a couple of afternoons and would like to go the kids club and do treasure hunts and make bags and hats she loved it and my little lad loved getting his face painted. The free ice cream and drinks from the patisserie cafe are great and the music while lying by the pool is good and the entertainment team are always making sure there is loads to do each day if u have had enough of lying in the sun. Only major downside is the air con in the rooms it's not very good at all just blows warm air. The hotel is great for couples or families and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good time. Thank you for a great week and we will be defo be back. Just please sort out the air conditioning. 😀😀

Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds, rooms are lovely and very spacious, food is fantastic, staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you! Have to take my hat off to Hayri and the rest of the animation team. Hayri is one of the nicest guys you could possibly meet! He remembers everyone's name and puts in so much effort to making great friends with everyone. Animation team and the entertainment really made our holiday extra amazing.

Went to the Sentido Turan Prince in the May half term with my 7 year old daughter. We both had a great time, plenty to keep her occupied during the day with the excellent Kids Club (a particular thank you to the lovely ladies there), water park and play ground, and then in the evening she loved the kids disco and animation team shows. She was never bored and even though she was in the minority as an English child she made friends and had lots of fun. Our room was spacious with a king sized bed and a bunk bed separated off from the main room. Air con was fine for us and we were in block A so close to everything but nice and quiet at night. My only gripe would be seating in the buffet restaurant, there were several times when our table was taken by other people when we had gone to get our food, even though it was blatantly occupied by ourselves, but this is probably more an etiquette thing that us English do! A bit like queueing and saying please and thank you....We found that eating lunch in the restaurant near the beach around 2pm was a much more enjoyable experience! All in all a good holiday.

We arrived late on the night and we were greeted with cold drinks and a wet flannel to cool down, we were took to our room and it was lovely clean and modern over looking the gardens block 3, I heard that ppl in block 2 were moaning about the noise coming from the bar but our block was fab. The pool was clean and the kids pool was great was abit disappointed that my 7 yr old couldn't go down the slides on his own you have to be 10 he also cut his hand on a tile around the main pool under the bridge it wasn't a deep cut but it was sharp. The food was ok abit repetitive rice, fries, salad and some sort of meat everyday but you won't starve, I didn't suffer from stomach cramps but stopped eating the salad and I was fine. The entertainment team were good and tried to get everyone involved I didn't put my son into the kids club but a lovely little park near the kids pool and the mini disco on the night he loved. It's a lovely hotel over all

What an awful place! First impressions was ok met with a refreshment on our arrival, then it went downhill. Our room was overlooking a tree of which half the branches was in the balcony! Asked if we could change rooms and told they had nothing else! Pool area was ok and clean and food was average. The worst was the air con which was very poor and only runs from 2pm till 9pm which is weird and gives you a terrible nights sleep! I would urge anyone thinking of booking this hotel to shop around first! 2 star at best!

We arrived in the early hours of the morning to be greeted with friendly staff who offered fresh orange juice & champagne. We were then taken to the breakfast bar for some food. Overall we had a great experience the rooms were just right with nice sized balconies. The pools were kept clean. The choice of foods were vast and well cooked. TR hey have so many different places to eat you are lost for choice. We would recommend the fish bar for eating as you get an amazing view of the sea and feel the fresh breeze. Entertainment every evening and during the day. Very child friendly and lots to facilitate them which really helps. Downside is some staff members could be more happier and welcoming especially in the main restaurant. A big word of warning!!! If you you happen to fall ill and it is evening think hard about calling a doctor as they come out and are very unprofessional and rude and demand money off you and sadly want you to be hospitalised for 24 hours so they can claim more money (based on call out after 5pm). It was a horrible experience as you would think your holiday insurance would cover this!!. A special thank you to NATIA for being a great help and offering fantastic customer services. We really appreciated all your help. And also Hassan at reception who helped us with our luggage. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and families would visit again after we have discovered other places. Thanks to all the staff for making this a wonderful experience for me and my family. Keep up the good work!!!.

First time in Antalya and we could not have chosen a better hotel. It's got great food with a good selection and I am quite fussy so was surprised. 3 Restaurants you can go to that are included. A big pool, it's own water park and kids area and it's own private beach with sunshades a bar free beach towels. The best of it here is nobody walking round trying to sell you stuff. Lovely clean place. Check out the pictures. The but bits. Wi-Fi is rubbish, dead slow. Aircon even though in the brochure is only available from the 1st of June and then for only 3 hours 10.30-1.30 and the last is there are mainly Russian and Germans here. Other than that highly recommended.
