stayed 4 nights for a conference. really enjoyed the international buffets, turkish delights and desserts! the bed was comfortable. towels were soft. room was clean. service was attentive. view was impressive. loved the coffee and pastries at La Patisserie. best turkish delights! highly recommend.

As a group of two couples we were in Rixos Premium Belek for a week at mid November. We were thinking about the hotel which might best fit us for a long time. At last we decided to pick the Rixos Premium; my sister had an amazing week at Rixos Dubrovnik in Summer and some of my friends liked there stay at Rixos Bab Albahr at February. We must say that we liked the hotel. However, there were lots of things that could be far better. I try to address my comments within various sessions. The room We were at standard double bedroom. It was nicely designed, the color harmouny was so nice, mini bar was satisfying, the size of the room was ok and the devices were all right. Nonetheless, the rooms didn’t have bathtub that -in my opinion- is essential for a 5* hotel. In the first two days that was a terrible smell coming to our room (everybody at Rixos Premium knows about the smell; believe me!🤢) When we complained to the guest relation they changed our room to the other block. The room was better itself. The smell was gone, but now we could easily hear the noises of the adjacent rooms -because of the designed door in our common wall-😖. Housekeeping (which was not satisfctory) and minibar charge were performed in case of application. The hotel was in so called “winter concept” so we could not use cooling system. Even if it was warm!! The Bars In my opinion the most wonderful part of the resort is the bars. There are various bars every were; serving with delicious cocktails and nice liquers that I have never experienced in UALL hotels. The design of the bars were fine but I think Lounge was perfect. Entertainment / Animation Group It was dissapointing that indeed NO entertainment group was working. The hotel had NO program for the leasure time of about one thousand guests that were there. Again that “winter concept” reason!! 😞😞 Amneties The lobby was huge. French street was wonderful. Like 6-7 high quality tennis courts. Outdoor pools were cold. Indoor one was heated on 29 degree. Aqua park was closed and because of “winter concept” they did not take us to the Land of Legends. One beach volleyball, and a midiocre gym. The beach was amazing. There are plenty of spaces that you can take photos at the resort! The Restaurants The main redtaurant was amazing. Serving a large varity of foods that could satisfy all tastes. Amongst Ala Carte restaurants, we wanted to go to Steak love house but it was just closed (because of that beloved “winter concept”!!). So we went to La Rosetta Italian food. With all respect it was the worst meal that we ate during our stay. The main restaurant was far better. We wished we could change our restaurant at the middle of the dinner but it was late!! Acknowledgement Despite not concidering our stay to which we expected, it was still all right. I wish to thank Ms Seda and Ms Derya at reception, Ms Anna at guest relation and Ethem at the restaurant with his high public relation. 😊

We stayed here when it first opened and we were really impressed. It’s a MASSIVE hotel with its own mini high street inside!, a cinema and a bowling alley! A massive river and a lovely beach. It’s also really grand inside. We loved everything about it. I would not hesitate to return.

We just had an unforgettable week in Hotel Rixos Premium Belek. The breakfastbuffet was overwhelming, we are vegetarians so the choice for the other meals was a little bit more limited. But the kitchen chefs were very friendly to prepare whatever we asked for. We also had a good experience in the Italian restaurant. The waiters in the restaurant were very helpful and made us feel welcome every morning :-). The hotel and environment are very clean and maintained well. The animation team of the Rixy Kids Club were the highlight of our 5 years old daughter! Very enthusiastic team who does their work with heart and soul from the morning till late in the evening. Special thanks to Duygu who made our daughter feel comfortable from the first moment we entered the club. The minidisco was just great, the team dressed up every evening and motivated kids from all ages to join the fun. Happy kids = happy parents There is only 1 minor thing to mention and that 's the water from the swimming pools was far too cold to swim in -even outside we still had nice wheather- we had to swim indoor. At least the water with the slides in the Kids club should be heated... I worked in a travel agency for 10 years and I can confirm that Hotel Rixos Premium Belek is good value price/quality. We had room 2423 in the mainbuilding with a nice lateral seaview. The rooms are very good isolated so no noise from the other rooms. The cleaning women were also very, very friendly and the hygiene standards in the room were very high. Very beautiful, clean and sandy beach. Very relaxing deck chairs along the swimmingpools and nice beachcabins. Keep up the good work ans thanks to everybody in the hotel to give us such a good experience!

My family and I holidayed in Antalya end of October '17 and we stayed at this resort in Belek. Words cannot describe the beauty of this palatial property. It was perfect for all of us adults as well as my 7 year old daughter. She enjoyed the Kiddy pool, games arcade and the programs for the kids. We had three Sea facing rooms on the 3rd floor. Thé private beach was a sight for the eyes. We had taken full board. The food was scrumptious. The buffet spread was amazing for all three meals. Lots of continental as well as local cuisines. And so fresh the produce! We also tried their Mediterranean and Turkish fine dining restaurants and they were also upto the mark. Thé only problem we encountered was the language barrier. Most of them did not speak English so it was quite difficult to converse with the staff if we needed some thing. Almost all the staff (except for the ladies at the ala carte desk) were quite friendly. If given an opportunity... I would definitely come back again.

Loved the hotel and surroundings couldn't fault this at all. Was disappointed with the food also the dining experience was not good very busy and no Maitre d service which would of helped but the staff in the dining room were amazing very helpful. the bars were a let down not enough staff behind the bars. As they were nearing the end of their season we had limited entertainment which was disappointing. Overall though a great holiday

One of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced! About 2 weeks ago I was in this hotel for “Happy Days” event. Everything was perfect and the event held so excellent. Every nights we enjoyed exciting music and programs in beach bar. I had also have the chance to visit the “Land of Legends” by accommodating in Rixos Premium. I have to say that is was really fantastic. The staffs were really kind and good that is the most important thing in every resorts in my belief. Everyday we were surprised by a gift from hotel. I think they hospitality was so good and perfect. There was a significant variety of foods and drinks in the hotel. At the end I should mention that the pool party have made a good memories at fourth day.

Stayed in October 2017 - 2 adults with daughters 15 & 11 We would return in peak Summer but not heating outdoor pools in October is a deal breaker for us - Indoor pool was heated and was large with small section that flowed outside. English guests are in the minority. Other nationalities not prepared to queue at Beach Bar and bar staff not attentive to who has been waiting longest. Table drinks service at indoor bars is very good, just a problem at the Beach Bar Other guests allowed their children to noisily run around unsupervised in the 24hr bar - even at midnight - although not the hotel's fault we didn't think this was acceptable - the hotel does however enforce the No Scooter rule - several signs across the complex and none seen in the buffet which have been observed in other hotels One family changed their baby's dirty nappy in the middle of the Rixos Lounge Excellent food quality, service, housekeeping. Luxurious Decor, Stunning grounds. We've tried a few hotels in this region and not experienced all day and all evening buffet before ( Maxx & Voyage have 24hr Azure and Bistro ) We liked not rushing to catch breakfast and enjoyed late dining without everything being cleared away around us We had suite 1527 on 5th floor - block 1 proper twin beds for the children. Great views - a long way to main restaurant but all under cover, less mobile might prefer to request blocks 2 or 3 Built in 2005, renovated in 2014 & 2016. Room sizes are generous, 37m2 x 392 sea-view and 303 garden view rooms spread over 5 floors. 60 pool suites 64m2 only 15 have direct swim up pool access. Capacity 1500. All main building family suites (10) have garden view. Twin bedroom, double & 1 bathroom. 5km from Belek centre, 35km from Antalya airport Elite Rixos Club Prive has separate entrance, restaurant, pool bar and beach bar. Free excellent wifi, ( upto 6 devices ) tea & coffee set up, minibar, bathrobe, slippers, mirror tv, ( Sky - so hubby watched Premiership football ) air con, safe, powerful hairdryer ( not fixed to wall ) Lounge area for late departures Spa has plenty of lockers if late departure after 12.00 check-out - check-in time is 14.00. Pets max 8kg allowed Free entry to Land of Legends Theme Park - 9km away, frequent complimentary shuttle - onsite aquapark now closed and awaiting redevelopment but is far enough away from hotel not to be an eyesore or disruptive Two ATM machines just outside the 2nd gate Found the lobby layout odd, if you want to sit waiting for your homeward transfer the seating is a very long way from the entrance so impossible to look out for your coach/vehicle. Welcome drinks also tucked far away, large floral arrangement where you would expect refreshments, cold towels etc. FOOD Dietary requests catered for - electronic info screens with ingredients and even how many calories All day dining in Turquoise main buffet 07.00-23.00 - adult section - really good service and pleasant outdoor dining terraces Omelettes are available at breakfast - station is tucked around a corner and easily missed 4 included a la carts - La Rosetta - Italian, Rinna - Fish, La Turca - Turkish NEW for 2017 Meat & Love Steak House La Maison Food Court 12.00-18.00 - jacket potatoes/doner/pizza/burgers/salad bar Patisserie & Chocolatier 12.00-00.00 - disappointing compared to other hotel patisseries tried Fruit service beach and pool Quality ice-cream - 16 flavours BARS Premium branded imported spirits - mixers in glass bottles. We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights in August 2017 and it was all great: 5*. Staff is extremely professional and service is great. However there is some room for improvement. This was our second stay in this hotel and we noticed some changes with great disappointment. First of all the aqua park with the premises are closed and guests are directed to a great aqua park complex around 10 km from the hotel. Not only that but also all slides (even in the internal pool) are removed. Although that external aqua park is excellent by itself and there is no entrance fee for hotel guests, it's not convenient to go there with children. Our children could have enjoyed slides inside the hotel premises everyday but we could only go to aquapark twice. It looks like they are trying to get families with children to other Rixos hotels and keep this one as a quiet one. Main pool area was completely redesigned. New area looks more luxurious than before, but it was much more cozy before. Before area was divided in small parts which you could enjoy separately. You could spend morning by the pool and afternoon on the beach cafe for instance. Now they're all one big place. Cinema was closed and a la carte restaurants were reduced. The worst thing in the hotel was the animations. For some reason, the big theater was replaced with something that looks like a temporary solution. Organization of the animations, seating arrangements and the variety of the shows were as bad as it could get. I hope management is aware of that and there's a plan to fix that.
