The extremely helpful Manager was the best thing about this hotel ensuring I had access to English channels on the tv as had to spend some time in my room after surgery! The Lift and noisy cleaners room was right next door to my room 505 so very noisy from 6am when they bought up the linen trolly! Bearing in mind no sleep all night due to a generator noise I had virtually no sleep for 2 weeks! I apparently had the largest room - you can play football! - it really wasn’t, there were other rooms larger than mine! Last 4 days room not cleaned even tho “clean my room light” was on! The food was awful, catered for and was typically Turkish with boiled egg, salad, cheese, bread and cake only feeding Europeans for breakfast The woman in charge of “coffee corner“ was everyday miserable as sin, surly and very unfriendly and the only time she actually smiled was when the Manager was chatting to her whilst getting his coffee in the morning! The massage girls were far too pushy and wouldn’t take no for an answer! THE LETHAL STAIRS ARE AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN - very dark spiral stairs with the handrail on the wrong side in my opinion! The light over each floors stairs only comes on and covers half the staircase once you start walking up or down on them…I reported this and stench. Not everyone can use the lift which was suggested… I suffer with claustrophobia so couldn’t use this small lift and much prefer using stairs anywhere I go as part of my daily exercise anyway.

We have been so impressed with this family owned hotel. The hotel has been wonderfully well maintained from the lobby to the terrace garden, breakfast room and guest rooms. Staff has been terrific as well, especially Beste whose English is very good. Our room is spotlessly clean and there’s plenty of room for our things on the long counter and in the wardrobe. The bathroom is large and spotless as well (This is the cleanest shower we have found during our 1.5 months exploring Türkiye!) Our room has a mini fridge and kettle and unlimited bottled water, plus they serve tea and coffee all day in the breakfast room. We also have a balcony; no view but it allows us to sleep with the door open even when it’s raining. Breakfast is delicious with many healthy options. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for 8 more days instead of getting an Aparthotel elsewhere. We haven’t tried the spa yet but we will. This hotel has been an excellent value and I highly recommend it.

It was very disappointing, especially since the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. First, the room we booked was not ready when we arrived, and the staff had to rearrange the setup. We had specifically booked a non-smoking hotel and room, yet there were smokers throughout the property, including in the room next to ours. When we raised this issue with the manager, nothing was done. I will not return to this hotel and would encourage others to consider alternative accommodations.

Best hotel !!! The rooms are modern, spotless, and well-designed, which makes you feel at home right away. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Her şey çok güzeldi. Ekip olarak konakladık. Kurumsal bir seyahatti fakat bundan sonra Antalya için her zaman ilk tercihim olacak. A’dan z’ye çok memnun kaldık, personelin misafirperverliği , sürekli güler yüzlü ve hoş sohbet olmaları bizi çok etkiledi, fiziki değerlendirmelere gelecek olursak, çok tatlı bir otel, bahçesi de şehrin içinde ama, dışında hissi veriyor ve bu bahçede her zaman taze çay kahve ikramı var. Kahvaltı da çok güzeldi, taze anne ikramlıkları harikaydı. Kısa bir masaj yaptırma fırsatımız da oldu, o da güzeldi. Bir çok imkan sağlayıp hepsinin de hakkını veren bir işletme kısacası. İşini titizlikle yapan , hedefi para değil de sadece insan kazanmak olan son esnaflardan . Tebrik ederim. Bundan sonra Antalya’da her zaman ilk adresimiz Mai İnci.

The highest performance of a hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The cleanliness was super the breakfast very diverse they have FREE parking it was 5 min. Walk from the city center and Kaleiçi . The garden was beautiful and breakfast was great. From the outside it may not look like it but the hotel was actually great and staff was very nice. Hammam, spa, sauna all are clean and great.

The room I booked was not available and was only informed after we were shown hotel room (after check-in). Were then told the room we booked would not be available for 3 days and expected us to share one double bed instead of the twin beds booked.
