Worst management and would never stay again. Broken tv - no Olympics:( and refrigerator, promised to fix and didn’t bother. Broken showers. Parking really hard to reach and a treacherous drive in the old city narrow walkways. Paid otopark is very far for carrying stuff. Rooms not as described. No laundry on site as advertised. We just needed a washer. Charged us $30 U.S to have wash done. 47 Celsius and 113 Fahrenheit and breakfast was outside. They gave a very meager plate with bruised olives and stale bread. We stayed 2 nights and got out as soon as we could. Only good thing was the old mosque next door where we could step in to pray and being able to walk old pathways. Location is really cool, but the management made it a terrible visit. The manager locked the door on my son and wife at 10pm when they went to the car to get something. He pointed at his watch when they returned in 5 minutes and locked them in pointed at his watch like there was some kind of curfew! Hysterical really. Didn’t speak English and of course that’s okay, but wouldn’t even try to read our Google translate, yelled at us and stomped away grumbling when we ask for a towel. I have been to Türkiye 6 times and never, ever been treated with such annoyance. Girl walked right into our room! NO knocking, we weren’t dressed. Went back out. No explanation. We went out and my son returned for his wallet to find her entering his room as well. She said cleaning but had no supplies! Rooms never cleaned.

İnşaat kaynaklı eksikleri olan ve kahvaltı servisi kötü olan bir oteldi komşunun yazlığında kalıyormuşun gibi davranan personele sahipti. Kaleiçinde olması tercihimizdi amaca kısmen hizmet etti :(

Accommodatie is van binnen prima. De weg er naartoe is een steegje dat eindigt in het niets. Rommelige omgeving. Achter en naast het hotel zijn 2 bars en dat geeft geluidsoverlast. Jammer want het hotel op zich is oké. Mooie kamer voor een goede prijs
