Das Resort war super... man hat sich wie in einer kleinen Insel gefühlt durch schöne Palmen und sehr schönen Geruch der vielen Blumen auf dem „Gehweg“ am Pool vorbei zum Restaurant. Der Standort ist direkt neben dem Strand, womit man nur paar Schritte laufen muss. Das Essen+Nachtisch war sehr lecker und man hatte viel Auswahl. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein kleines Restaurant an dem Strand.Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Ausstattung (Mini Kühlschrank,Flachbild TV,Klima) und war sehr sauber da jeden Tag das Zimmer vom Reinigungspersonal gereinigt wurde und zusätzlich die Tücher und die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurden.Das Personal war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.Vor dem Hotel gibt es viele Läden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Beim Check-In wurden wir bis zu unserem Zimmer gefahren und die Koffer wurden ohne Nachfrage vom Personal hochgetragen. Unterhaltung Fitness Studio, Schwimmbäder mit Rutschen, Shows am Abend Spa und Sauna Was mir nicht so gefallen hat Rutschen nur zwischen 10-14:30 Uhr auf (aufgrund des Aufpassers bei den Rutschen) Fitness Studio zwischen 9-20 Uhr auf (aufgrund der Reinigung der Fitness Geräte) Strand sehr sauber. Sowohl der Stand als auch das Meer. viele Aktivität Möglichkeiten zu angenehmen Preisen (z.B. Parasailing) Strand Snack-Bar Meiner Meinung nach verdient das Hotel die 5 Sterne Bewertung. Auf jedenfall empfehlenswert für diejenigen die die oben aufgezählten Punkte wichtig sind. Ich würde gerne wieder da Urlaub machen wollen.

Rummen va väldigt lyhörda så det va väldigt störande. Ville man något behövde man ringa receptionen två gånger för att få hjälp. Väldigt mycket avstånd att gå från ett ställe till ett annat. Men väldigt fint hotell och jätte bra hav och strand.

En otroligt besviken Far och Dotter..

Själva komplexet var super med olika poolområden samt restauranger, Mycket gäster men kändes inte packat för det var många restauranger och aktiviteter att välja på . Spa och aktivitetscenter var både bra service och prisvärt, tog massage 2 ggr och det var super, riktigt professionella. Min dotter provade på det mesta som fanns att erbjuda för en 11 åring och hon var nöjd. Dessvärre dras helhetsintrycket ner till noll då maten var riktigt dålig och fattigt utbud. Servicen från personalen både i receptionen och restaurangerna var otrevliga och oprofessionella. Hotellet har 5 stjärnor men i mn värd var dom inte värda 1 stjärna. Våra handdukar samt SUN lotion blev stulna/tagna från vår solstol medans vi gick från ena poolen till den andra och det slutade med att vi fick betala 20 dollar för handdukarna.. Det tog 1,5 timme att få rumsnyckeln trots att det inte var några andra gäster i receptionen vid incheckningen. Vi spenderade ca 700 euro på dom 2 nätter vi bodde på hotellet och det kunde ha varit en bra vistelse men blev en dålig upplevelse. Jag kommer aldrig att åka tillbaka dit och rekommenderar det absolut inte till någon. Absolut inte värt pengarna...

Inte på hotellet , det var fina rum och fint hotell och pool områden Vi tyckte inte om gästerna på detta hotell Maten var så där, samma samma varje kväll och maten tog slut snabbt, likaså frukosten . För mycket gäster och för lite personal så servicen var inte bra Vi kommer tyvärr inte åka tillbaka till detta hotell tyvärr.

Desværre var det ikke det ophold vi ønskede. Vi fik vores værelse 2 timer senere end beregnet, og måtte stå i kø i receptionen i disse 2 timer. Hotellet undskyldte med en middag på deres a la carte restaurant. Men dette var også en kedelig oplevelse.

i read the previous reviews on expedia i felt worry, but when i visit the resort it was awesome and nice place to relax, all you need in one place, the rooms are clean the stuff are awesome thank you :) <3

Elemanların bazıları çok lakait özellikle Erdal adındaki animasyoncu hakarete varan laflar ile yabancı turistlere yaklaşıyor nasıl olsa anlamıyorlar mantığı ile yaklaşıyor şait oldum. Böyle nezih bir ortam da böyle laubali insanların olmaması gerekiyor. Diğer personel iyi yemekler güzel otel temiz yanlız gece çorbası 2 gece yoktu. Gittiğim tarih 7-11 Ekim tarihleri arası. Arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edebileceğim bir tatil yeri değildi malesef.

Bra rum, hotellet har egen sandstrand

Bra rum, har ersatt tidigare byggnader med lägre standard inom hotellområdet nedanför själva huvudbyggnaden med nya byggnader som ser fräscha ut. Har själv bara erfarenhet av rummen i huvudbyggnaden som är bra. Minus för att Wifi endast finns i receptionen och strandrestaurangen.

Otel konum olarak güzel.Yemekleri temizlik vs fena değil.Fakat yaşadığım bir olaydan dolayı bir daha bu otelde asla kalmam kimseyede tavsiye etmiyorum.Olay şu otelin tam yanında başka bir otelde kız arkadaşım kalıyordu.Ona süpriz amaçlı bende yan oteline geldim.O otelde yer yoktu.Ailesi ile kaldığı için beni kısa sürede görmek için bizim otele benim bilekliğimle girdik.Burda bizim yaptığımız yanlıştı.Bunu kabul ediyorum.Bu anlaşılınca otel güvenlik müdürü ve resepsiyon şefi bize gelip uygunsuz davrandığımızı söylediler.Fakat konuşma tarzları ve yaklaşımları çok çirkindi.Hatta bu durum için benden 40 euro cezai işlem uyguladır.Biz yine ses çıkartmayıp bu parayı ödedik.Fakat bu arkadaşlar bize en son sizin yaptığınız şu an hırsızlık gibi cümleler kurmaya başladılar.Biz hatamızı kabul edip 40 euro yu ödememize rağmen ısrarla çirkin tavırlarına devam ettiler.Oysaki kız arkadaşım gelip 10dk beni görüp gidecekti.Bu sürede ise ne bir şey içti ne de bir yedi.Zaten kamera kayıtlarına bakın dedim.Kısacası kız arkadaşımın giriş şekli yanlış olmasına rağmen çirkin konuşmalara gerek olmadığını düşünüyorum.Hele ki hırsızlık gibi cümleler akıl alacak gibi değil.Belki rica etsek daha doğru olabilirdi fakat 5 yıldızlı bir otelde karşı taraf yanlış bir şey yapsada müdür adı altındaki insanların bu şekilde müşterisine yaklaşmaları hiç hoş değil.Kaldı ki bunun karşılığında cezai işleme itiraz etmeyip ödememize rağmen karşılaştık.

viel zu verbessern

Hotel 5 Sternen mit Über 300 Zimmer. ich bin auf der letzten Etage gelandet, wo nur 3 Zimmer auf diese Etage vorhanden sind offensichtlich später ausgebaut, dafür Kein Aufzug, sehr schlechte Belüftung, Klimaanlage sehr schwach, gegenüber ist der Ausgang der Küchenabzugshaube des gegenüber liegenden Hotels, sehr schlechtes Geruch und mir t dem schlechten Belüftung und Klimatisierung war es sehr schrecklich. Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich!! Dann Kühlschrank kühlt gar nicht, Rezeption informiert Trotz 8 Tage Aufenthalt haben sie nicht repariert!!, Minibar mehrmals vergessen mit Wasser zu füllen, ich müsste anrufen mehrmals Wasser ins Zimmer zu bekommen!! Personal viele unhöflich vor Allem einer der vor der Willens seht und Leute bewirbt gegen Provision. Der war unmöglich. Insgesamt vom 5 Sternen Hotel ist es weit weg !!!

Not one to pick if you want wifi in your room!

Hotel room and facilities was ok. Food was good my only critique would be that there is no wifi in the hotel rooms. Wifi is only available in the hotel reception which is not clearly stipulated in the hotel write up. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew that. The staff were very helpful with the exception of the reception staff whom some I found rather unpleasant. It is mostly German and Russian guests staying here so feel it is more geared up for them e.g. not many (if any) English songs at the disco! Hotel is about a mile from the ruins and it is a pleasant stroll to them. Overall it was ok but I wouldn't stay here again.

In general it is good But the food not what i want . The activity tesm is excellent The location is perfect The side is gorgeous and the main city is nice to visit

Staff and food is bad. Swimming pool and beach is nice. If you want 5 star eating i do not recommend.
