Service here is superb - a lot of very well trained staff to serve your every need. Amazing to be able to use the à la carte restaurants as an alternative to buffet at both lunch and dinner. Kids accommodated for very well. Big range of cocktails and premium drinks. App for ordering drinks to your lounger / table without having to move! Sheer indulgence. Much better presented, tended and maintained than any of the other beachfront hotels in this area.

So much could be said about Barut Hemera. From the moment you arrive you are treated like you are visiting family. The staff are some of the warmest friendly people we have met during our travels. Attention to detail is in the DNA at Barut Hemera. For such a big facility it is difficult to find fault with anything. Spotless rooms amazing cleaning and grounds staff. The service staff are just as diligent and courteous always one step ahead of your requests. The food Wow, how can you complain when the choices and flavours are endless. This place is a must visit.

Food is top quality, even from buffet, everything we tried was perfectly cooked and high quality. Unlike most All inclusive holidays the Barut Hemera serves genuine product and not local versions. Highly recommend a visit!

The warmth and genuine hospitality of the staff are among the best we’ve experienced in all our travels. Attention to detail truly feels embedded in the DNA of Barut Hemera. For a resort of its size, it’s remarkable how flawless everything feels. The rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping and grounds teams do an exceptional job maintaining the property to the highest standard. The service staff are equally impressive — attentive, courteous, and always one step ahead, anticipating your needs before you even ask. And the food… simply outstanding. The food was great. The beach needs cleaning daily. Since they have a floating duck it keeps the debri and trash in the swimming area
