First class hotel. Only the best comments about this place. High class food, wide assortment. Drinks are free even at the nightclub. Everything is thought about the prosperity of the tourist. Tried a la carte and it was brilliant. Room size is quite big and you can find anything you need in it.
Best Hotel at Belek Antalya Really luxury, foods have good variety of choices ,lamb chops,Steak, vegetables, seafoods, and good variety of fruits. Natural and pure Orange 100%juice Exchange money in this hotel is better than City.you can see the prices on the board of Lobby . The cafe is really recommended Clean Rooms, Well room service. Firstly we seemed to be the only British family in the resort, if that bothers you then this is not the hotel for you. It didn't really bother us but the majority of the staffs English is pretty poor and this led to a few issues at times but we muddled through, on asking a member of staff at the spa a question I was told I don't speak English, not I will get someone who can just a flat I don't speak English, this poor from a 5 star hotel. On the whole the staff where good, some areas fab, turca the pool restaurant was especially good and the main restaurant, but you would find yourself constantly looking for staff to top up your wine or had to ask for coffee rather than it being offered, again this is a 5 star resort and feel the staff could be a bit more attentive. Food was on the whole fabulous plenty of choice. Room beautiful and clean, great mini bar restocked every day. Great all inclusive options bottles of miller/corona/carlsberg, magunum ice creams all included. Pool area beautiful and so well kept the cleanest pool I have ever been in. Beach and pier area also fabulous. Now we got this hotel for great price some websites where £2000 more than we paid so shop around, I think if I had paid £3500 for this hotel I would have been disappointed with the level of customer service but we didn't and if you can get a good deal then defo go.
A good hotel just for Russians not other nationalities. Although it has a great and luxury structure, the staffs are terrible. You can never find them smiling or greeting. They are bossy and it seems that you are there to be in their service. You don't have the feeling that you are in a luxury resort and they can't make you happy, most of the people are Russian and they just do care for Russians. I don't want to be unfair the quality of meals and snacks were great and they were really delicious. The pools were great and clean The room and garden had a great view
We just came back from our vacation at Calista hotel. We were a big family group of 14 people from different age groups. We all found what we needed at the hotel and really had a great time. My husband and myself were with our 2 sons ( 5 years and 3 years) the hotel is perfect for people with kids. The kids club was right next to the kids swimming pool with very nice slides inside the pool and the kids playground was also close to them, which made it very easy to have the kids entertained. The food at the resturants was delicious . There were two shows every night one for the kids and the after one for the adults. The shows were really amazing. At the beach front , there used to open every day around 4 pm a very nice buffet that had baked potato, chocolate crep, hotdog sandwiches, ice cream and corn, all were very yummy . The hotel had two wooden decks with an amazing view of the sea, both had drinks available. A special thanks goes to the lovely baby sitter Svaita who works at the kids club, she gave us the chance to enjoy some free time once the kids slept at night. The free wifi coverage at the hotel was amazing, even at the sea decks the signal was strong. I have only few comments about the hotel: 1. Not all the staff understood or speaked english , actually only few did which made it difficult for us to communicate. 2. The kids show was in Russian language accordingly my kids didn't enjoy it much. 3. It would be nice if the hotel provides Nescafe sachets in the mini bar in the rooms( i am not a big fan of the American coffee), Nevertheless, we would for sure love to come back! Thank you Calista! We returned again after 2 years, this time with 3 kids under 6. Calista is starting to be our family June tradition :) We feel very good here and i hope things will stay the same (although if i want to be picky there are some things that could be improved) Again, like in the last reviews : PROs : -the design of the buildings, big spacious rooms, well kept soroundings -cleanliness -the whole resort's green space, gardens, plants -wide and clean beach ( although the sea itself it s not very kid friendly because of the waves who appear to be only in the afternoon) -the playground on the beach ( it could use some more toys) -the kids club -quality of pool water -quality of food and wide range selection (they have a lab to test samples from the food everyday) -silent evenings perfect for those with little kids (who just want to hear the sounds of the mediterranean crickets in the night and relax after a busy day with kids) -lots of places to walk, run, play outside CONs ( or rather things that need improvement) -the security ( no more police guys with guns patroling the area just the simple hotel security-why?) -the evening lightning on the playground near the pool -the selection of the food ( maybe you could add up just a little bit of flavour, my husband remarked that was a drop in this regarding the overall menu) -glasses! It would be safer for everyone if the glasses around the hotel would be replaced with plastic ones ( my girl had an accident in which her water glass all of a sudden broke in her hands, and i saw several other accidents) -the fact that all of the staff assume you are Russian ( they salute you in russian, they play russian music in the intro of the shows etc) -the waiters ( despite some old ones i recognised from years back, the new ones dont speak minimum of logic english-i mean i ask you a beer and you as a waiter dont understand ?!, they seem disorganised, chaotic at times and refuse to serve drinks at the bar 1minute prior to the opening of the bar - whats with this opening hours anyway? You are there you can give me a simple bottled drink, it s not like im asking you for a fancy cocktail)... -the street food menu ( i bet you can have more imagination on this- everyday the same low standard "street food"? I expected to see real and authentic turkis street food honestly for a 5 star) All in one, next year in June we ll give it one more try and return for one week of busy fun with the kids ( so Calista, keep us rooms 6000 and 6001 :) ) Thank you Calista for the lovely time! Once again we had the time of our lives. Calista's service was already on a high level. But they are going up one more step. And excellent welcome with a big smile by Unal Kayakiran and his team. A smooth and relax check in with a glass of bubbles also arranged by Unal. Also thank you Unal for arranging a driver to the hotel and other way around. What we ask, we have it. Wonderful animation team thanks to Laura Baeyens, Shaquille Zuylen, Kate Yukhno and team. Apéro time was educational with Umut the barkeeper 😀. I still taste the whiskey with honey 👌. Thanks to Yunus Emre and fatih Altun and all others for the excellent service in the restaurants. The ice cream is so mjamie. We can only say, once you go Calista, you never want anything else. See you all back in three months. We are looking forward to it to come back. We love you all. Claus & Christine.
Much better then the last time when I was in calista. My first visit to calista was five years ago. This time the big difference was the service from the working staff at the restaurants and from the bars at different locations in the hotel area. The quickness and the kindness from the staff maid our visit very pleasant because this was a big issue for me when I visited this hotel first time. The food at the main restaurant was very good and also good variation was very good for me and my girlfriend. The small thing that should improv a little bit is the quality of the drinks at the bar. Sometime it was to much alcohol in the drinks and was not drinkable. But overall it was good and you could almost request any drink you could come up with. We would definitely come back to this hotel.
I can't really say much more - this place is INCREDIBLE. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The service, the food, the rooms, the pool, the bars, the activities - are all first class. Most definitely the best Turkish hotel we have ever stayed in. The wifi is excellent EVERYWHERE - even on the beach. The guy who runs the kids club is THE BEST children's entertainer I have ever come across. He kept my 3 year old daughter AND my 13 year old son (CHARLIE!) very entertained all week - they loved it. Thank you so much to everyone at The Calista - we are coming back next year!!!!
Nice luxurious resort, beautiful spacious rooms, great staff and service. The main restaurant is full of various fresh and tasty dishes. Unal the reception manager is absolutely awesome ! Spa is beautiful and Ana is a great professional cosmetician for face treatments. GM is a charming guy.... Highly recommended place !
