Reserved a non smoking room for 1 night. when we entered the room one wall lamp didn't work.the guy that brought us to the room came back with an answer that the only option is to change room. The new room was stinking from smoke (smoking room) the wall lamp was missing the bulb, the door to the balcony (first floor) couldn't be locked (the guy said there is no key) , at the bath room there was an almost finished roll of toilet paper, and on the wall there was something that looked like an old nest of small wasps. One of the reasons we booked that hotel is because they had free airport transfer. when trying at the evening to coordinate transfer to 04:00 next day, they said they don't have transfer for that hour. needless to say it wasn't mention on their web reservation page. We will not be there again. your choice what to do.

Frühstück erst um 9 Uhr aber meist erst ab kurz vor 10 erhältlich , es gab nur Gurke, tomate ,ei und das brot. schlechte kommunikation da noch nicht mal etwas englich vorhanden, zimmer reinigung erst nach dem wir 3 mal nachfragen musten, toilettenpapier selbst besorgt, laut da alle 5 min ein flugzeug tief drüber fliegt, das angekündigte wlan war nicht wirklich vorhanden, war nach der 1ten nacht zerbissen ,juckt am ganzen körper, hab mir in der apotheke sagen lassen das es bettwanzen waren und keine mückenstiche! sicher muss man den preis berücksichtigen und kein luxus erwarten, hab für den preis aber schon wesentlich besser in antalya gewohnt.Mein fazit BIR hotel nie wieder.
