Ce splendide appartement, peut accueillir 6 personnes, avec deux chambres doubles et un canapé convertible dans le séjour. Il vous offre une grande terrasse avec vue sur l'église Saint Maurice et l'hôtel de ville et le mobilier extérieur pour profiter de belles soirées en famille ou entre amis.
Il est situé en plein quartier piétonnier et historique de la ville. Climatisation dans le séjour et les chambres.

Les chambres disposent d'un lit 160x190 chacune avec dressing. Climatisation.
L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision Smart TV, du wifi, et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Senseo, d'un lave vaisselle, bouilloire, toaster, micro ondes etc.
La salle de bains est équipée d’une douche à l'italienne et les toilettes sont indépendants.

Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine.

Vous pourrez profiter de la proximité des bars et restaurants après une belle journée au bord du lac ou en montagne. ; vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant tout votre séjour.
Le lac est à 2 min à pied. Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac).


L’appartement se situe dans une rue piétonne. Le stationnement est au parking Hôtel de ville à 50 mètres (11€ par 24h), le parking est souterrain, sécurisé et payant.

Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 22h, en autonomie grâce à une boîte à clés, les instructions vous seront envoyée la veille par mail.

Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que le jour même.
De la même manière le jour de votre départ, un départ tardif sera permis si le logement n'est pas repris le soir même.
Le matin de votre départ, merci de penser à remettre la vaisselle propre dans les placards, déposer votre linge de lit et toilette au sol et vider vos poubelles dans le local sous l'escalier de l'entrée principale.

Appartement conforme à la description ,pas loin du lac, au centre historique, le seul bémol des odeurs de refoulement dans la salle de bain ,dommage. Cordialement.
