Great location with some technical issues

Pros: Very good location within 5 minute walk to the beautiful Annecy Lac and the Old Town. Nicely decorated, roomy apartment with ample seating. Nice kitchen and appliances. Beds pretty comfortable. Cons: Dryer machine was broken and we were not informed until check-in. Significant electrical issues affecting the hot water heater and lighting. The switches on the electrical panel would randomly switch off, which resulted in a couple freezing showers. We learned to check the panel multiple times per day. 1 very broken and 1 unusable chair on the balcony.
