The location of the property was perfect to explore Annecy and the surrounding area. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again. Location - location - location. Just wonderful. Short walk to Old Town and the market on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

I was very impressed with this property; the unit had quality furnishings, excellent bedding and a fully operational kitchen. It was in walking distance of the train station, the lake, the old town, the markets and the supermarkets. The host Nicolas was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I was there for a long stay and the called me several times to check if I was enjoying my stay. I highly recommend this property.

Le propriétaire accueille gentiment les locataires à l’arrivée, indique tous les commerces et donne les informations locales.L’appartement est très bien situé à 5mn de tous commerces, rues typiques et lac d’Annecy.L’appartement (1er étage) est bien équipé, parquet dans les chambres, bon matelas chambre parents, un oreiller carré aplati / personne, et bénéficie de l’ascenseur et d’un grand parking sécurisé.La route D1508, à 50m de l’appartement est très bruyante, gros camions…Les chambres et SDB n’ont pas de voilages ou stores, il faut fermer les volets ; les chambres sont mal éclairées.Le Barbecue Téfal Intensio, est peu récent, 40cm x 20cm.Le congélateur est de P 23cm, L 39 cm, H 20 cm.La baignoire est difficile d’accès et le sol glisse en version douche.Les chaises de la table de cuisine sont en bois, dures, peu confortables.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Man läuft 2 Minuten bis zur Altstadt und 10 Minuten durch die wunderschöne Altstadt hindurch bis zum See. Sehr praktisch ist der private, gesicherte Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet und hat eine große Terrasse. Wir waren eine Woche am Lac d'Annecy und haben jeden Tag genossen! Von der Wohnung habe ich keine Fotos gemacht – sie sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos in der Anzeige zu sehen. Stattdessen füge ich einige Urlaubsfotos hinzu.
3x in der Woche ist am Vormittag ein Markt in der Altstadt.
Der glasklare See, an dem es viele schöne Badestellen gibt.
Auf dem See fahren Ausflugsschiffe, mehr Spaß macht mit Kindern aber SUP oder Tretboot (mit Rutsche!) fahren.
Chateau, Kathedrale und Palais de l'Ile sollte man auf jeden Fall besichtigen, wenn man historisch interessiert ist

La propriété est bien situé, aux portes du vieux annecy et avec une place de parking ce qui n est pas négligeable. Cependant le salon , les 2 chambres n ont pas de plafonnier donc luminosité très faible. Dans la chambre double seulement 1 lampe de chevet fonctionnait . Pas de rideaux dans les chambres donc obligé de fermer le volet pour avoir son intimité. La sortie de la baignoire peut être compliquée pour des petites personnes ou personnes âgées. Obligé de fermer le volet de la salle de bain pour pas être vue de l extérieur donc nous devions allumer la lumière, pas très économique et écologique. Au niveau de la cuisine, pratiquement toutes les poêles accrochent et pas assez de couverts . Appartement à côté d'une avenue très passante, donc beaucoup de bruits, avec un balcon mais qui n est pas utilisable du fait des vis à vis et de la pollution Pour finir le propriétaire nous demandes 90 EUR pour le ménage qui me semble être excessif , surtout qu après la première journée je me suis retrouvé avec les pieds noirs et oui j ai l habitude de marcher pied nu dans mon appartement. En conclusion pour un appartement qui se dit être de haut standing, je pense que nous n avons pas la même notion de standing.

Appartement idéalement situé à quelques pas de la vieille ville et à 10 minutes du lac. L’appartement est spacieux et très fonctionnel, avec une grande terrasse. Logement très bien situé à deux pas de la vieille ville d' Annecy et à 10 minutes à pied du lac, dans un immeuble très calme. L'appartement est spacieux et dispose d'une grande terrasse protégée par des auvents extérieurs électriques. Le fait de bénéficier d'une place de parking sécurisée est un réel avantage. L'obligation de passer par un service de nettoyage (75€) assure une parfaite propreté aux locataires suivants.

Très bel et confortable appartement avec une cuisine équipée pafaitement, une très grande terrasse et un parking privé. La location est située idealement, proche de la vielle ville et du lac d'Annecy (accessibles à pied en 5 minutes). Nous y avons passé un vraiment beau séjour! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche, großer Terrasse und Privatparkplatz.
